Well the share price reaction confirms that all the bad news was priced in.
This reduces my fears re First Equity and I'm trying to buy more but its proving a challenge!

You can be surprised or not...there was a high risk as it already overran the maturity date why m market prices in and bashed this down 7p from 22p

I would have been surprised if the waivers had not been granted, especially with the famous strategic view imminent.
More relevant will be what happens at maturity date.

csmwssk12h, try buying in lots of 50'000 shares. I can see 7 brokers quoting prices for 50k shares. Only 1 broker is offering to sell more than 60'000 shares in one go

Never been in these, just read report from last update and even after debt and severe write offs the nav was 40p and that was facing the end down the barrel, now have credit extension it could be a fun one to watch as shorts get burnt good luck to those brave enough to jump in, I will kick myself if these finish the day in the twenties
