01/3/2023 08:02 | Each to their own but to believe this will turnaround and not further hurt small shareholders is not based on anything other than hope. Site sales are borderline distressed and potential buyers will know this. It’s years since I even held so really only trying to offer a point of view from a neutral angle. | cayenne45
01/3/2023 08:02 | Cannot buy 10000 online at 6p so they will only offer stock if holders panic sell at the 4p bid | dave4545
01/3/2023 08:00 | 3 directors going? No way. This will be suspended | brwo349
01/3/2023 07:56 | All 6 mm's are going to open 4p bid Not sure what will happen, they were bidding 10p yesterday so you would guess they would all be buyers at this lower price. Will holders panic sell this low ? | dave4545
01/3/2023 07:56 | One wonders who the possible related party transactions are with? and whether this maybe cause conflicts of interest. | cc2014
01/3/2023 07:53 | Clear the decks, sell some sites (it's a good time to be selling - there's demand out there, robust market), get back to basics, pare the main-contracting side of the business down, concentrate on what they're good at (trading) and in a couple of years INL will be in a much better position. | oi_oi_savaloy
01/3/2023 07:44 | Wicks looks like he coming back, probably the best option... | igoe104
01/3/2023 07:41 | No. New management and a turnaround story. Imo. Really terrible from those directors | babbler
01/3/2023 07:35 | Shame this - had decent prospects. Suppose a delisting, asset sale on the cards now? | scepticalinvestor
01/3/2023 07:29 | Oh dear, poor shareholders. 2p open? | scepticalinvestor
01/3/2023 07:25 | What a total shambles this has become…… | jaf111
01/3/2023 07:15 | The share price will tank on the back of this rns..............but I think it's simply that Bennett had share-holdings in other companies that either sold land to INL or bought sites from INL; as to whether that influenced the prices paid etc remains to be seen but it's water under the bridge now..............Wic I think there's an opportunity to make a few quid here - buy on the (significant) dip! (but it might not come back up quickly so bear that in mind.) It'll take deals to make the share price come back. BUT it'll be oversold, imo, on the back of this news. | oi_oi_savaloy
28/2/2023 16:45 | There was a guy who always commented in the DT who claimed to have a big INL position, I commented that unless he was connected, it seemed very high risk but that fell on deaf ears. The reality is the old CEO seems to have run it like a private company and that's probably okay so long as everyone is getting something but how in the last x years has this now taken off is beyond me. If in zero interest/low inflation, it didn't get traction, it's the height of hopium that in these times with more bank scrutiny it would be a winner. | cayenne45
24/2/2023 10:11 | Looks to me like there are now an awful lot of PI's caught in this at prices higher than 10p with little liquidity to get out. | cc2014
21/2/2023 13:49 | Must be a larger seller at work for this to keep going down like it does. | sbb1x
21/2/2023 10:51 | Yep - they must have a road plan..........and I'm hoping that as part of that road-plan they've shown the banks robust forecasts for the main contracting side of the business (which has been haemmor....hammor... | oi_oi_savaloy
21/2/2023 10:25 | I agree. Land sales are the only way of materially reducing their debt. So the only reason a lender is going to sign off on this is if they believe material land sales are on their way. | wigwammer
21/2/2023 09:14 | CC2014 - it might not have been.........note the timeline....it's only til September this year (on both things from memory). Perhaps they'll hit them much harder then. Ergo - land sales are the only way they'll be able to materially make headway in the debt prior to that? | oi_oi_savaloy
21/2/2023 08:21 | WEll the question for me is whether the recent RNS about the bank waiver was the full picture or not. What I would expect is a higher interest rate to be paid on the debt. It doesn't say either way but I expect this is RNS by omission | cc2014
20/2/2023 21:02 | Erm, really? So as the lender you believe management are incompetent and assets obtuse, but you want the same team to manage the sales process? ... Ok pal, to each their own :) | wigwammer
20/2/2023 18:44 | Erm, really? What do you think they would do to appoint their own administrator and try sell the assets and get their money back or let Inland do it for them? I doubt even the very best hand-picked team of administrators are going to wring out the value and get their money back easily, no one else would understand WIP for starters, I mean it seems the board barely do so what hope would the bank? | my retirement fund
