17/3/2020 14:16 | SKYSHIP re - thnx for your input - great charts and always appreciated. You are much welcome to the stock fraternity and glad you enjoy the charts as there will be many more on the way. | master rsi
17/3/2020 14:14 | Agree with that first sentence | badtime
17/3/2020 13:31 | Master RSI - thnx for your input - great charts and always appreciated. Joined you a little late in the day. Paid 38.8p; but for only a few - funded mainly through the sale of a few INLZ. | skyship
17/3/2020 12:09 | Other crashers like Dotcom crash or Great Financial Crisis fell much more than now, but stock markets have recovered every time. | master rsi
17/3/2020 11:40 | How much the market has fallen since the selling started | master rsi
17/3/2020 11:19 | if i was a bank i would have no issues at all lending to INL because the loan would be fully backed up by very high quality assets | spob
17/3/2020 11:16 | Master RSI please leave this site … with your useless backward looking indicators. You clog up every decent site . If your charts worked we'd all be millionaires. Please don't spoil this bb …. there are many others you can move to. | mallorca 9
17/3/2020 11:16 | Far too many pa holders here and a poor institutional register is to blame. Top management holds nearly 30 million shares. I think they will be keen to see through this! | daneswooddynamo
17/3/2020 11:12 | Bonkers pricing but with so much fear out there, few are prepared to buy with conviction. When/if we get the RNS with the offer for the Company in at a lowly £1, I can see quite a few ex holders self abusing themselves... spud | spud
17/3/2020 11:07 | The share price here looks like an absurdity - but who really wants to buy anything at the moment. Still, INL has a low overhead - doesn't employ many people after all. All their projects will proceed; though with some small delay presumably. 36p for a MCap of just £75m! Sooo tempting... | skyship
17/3/2020 11:06 | The INDICATORS are well at oversold at the moment as is share price related to the lower Bollinger Band. | master rsi
17/3/2020 10:43 | To me it is a bit worrying that the Co hasn't reassured investors re liquidity. Having said that , you could probably criticise all Co's for that. I still think some are underestimating my other concern - the lack of a workforce. We are probably only 1 week away from total lockdown - people not allowed to leave home. The construction industry will be shutdown for the foreseeable future. | mallorca 9
17/3/2020 10:40 | Think the price is now saying that house prices and sales will be affected and materially so. INL could therefore find itself with material levels of debts and lower cash flows to support it no? Some clarity from them would be good. | qs99
17/3/2020 10:28 | bwm2, you were going to go to France on Friday !!!! Let me say again , you sold some share for "peace of mind" and yet you were going skiing in France (or indeed anywhere!!). Now it seems you would like this company to tell you that it's OK to buy the shares again. The share price has fallen because of uncertainty. Whither the sellers are smart or irrational only time will tell but the current price must be considered when making any decision. | pavey ark
17/3/2020 10:22 | It's the sell off now overdone at 38p? the peer's house builders starting to bounce back today | master rsi
17/3/2020 10:19 | Long at 40p | poolestudio
17/3/2020 10:18 | I made a number of sales on Friday for peace of mind as I was going skiing. Well back in UK as France shut their restaurants and ski lifts. One of the sales was INL and my view was and is that I would repurchase lower and in greater £ I would welcome the disclosure accompanying a rights issue and assuming nothing indicating viability of the company rather than project delays would take the opportunity to re invest | bwm2
17/3/2020 10:02 | Firstly I have to say that the comments re: potential death toll etc render everything else said by these posters as likely to be complete nonsense. INL is the only company I hold that has debt and on the face of it it has a lot of debt !! I don't want to claim any superior investing skills and I have had the usual disasters in the past but I wonder how many people looked at the comments about debt THEN LOOKED AT THE RESULTS/COMPANY INFORMATION and tried to get some sort of perspective on the situation. There are reasons for the debt increase. INL is not your average house builder and operates in a different market. I'm not saying buy or sell but a little objectivity and research may help in the decision making process. | pavey ark
17/3/2020 09:59 | With so much debt is a rights issue a possibility here ? | apatel21
17/3/2020 09:26 | Complete capitulation & trading as if it’s going out of business. Someone’s going to get a bargain here.... spud | spud
17/3/2020 09:08 | Picked up another 3,500, hell of a drop this morning And looking well cheap now. DC | daicaprice
17/3/2020 08:48 | Although I'm out of this at the moment I must say that the Company really could do with issuing a statement re cashflow and liquidity - to reassure investors. | mallorca 9
17/3/2020 07:14 | Yes, I had read that and have passed in onto others. | mallorca 9
16/3/2020 19:39 | Agreed Mal9 "Covid-19 & The Sun: A Lesson From The 1918 Influenza Pandemic" Put simply, medics found that severely ill flu patients nursed outdoors recovered better than those treated indoors. A combination of fresh air and sunlight seems to have prevented deaths among patients; and infections among medical staff. There is scientific support for this. Research shows that outdoor air is a natural disinfectant. Fresh air can kill the flu virus and other harmful germs. Equally, sunlight is germicidal and there is now evidence it can kill the flu virus. | crossing_the_rubicon |
