Specialist bricks/pavers only from MBH but hopefully a good sign that blanket closure in the construction industry is not the way to go.

While I have no idea if INL source bricks from Michelmarsh the fact that they are restarting brick production perhaps signifies that the supply chain for INL will become easier.

https://news.sky.com/story/we-cannot-delay-governments-formal-go-ahead-for-hs2-work-to-begin-11973456Slightly off INL topic, but HS2 to go ahead, demonstrating the criticality of construction and apparent ability to proceed.

Paying a full offer price 50p for 20K, looking good, lets see if it move better as the 90 minutes of no movement, does not look as good as earlier on the ladder shape chart

Slowly is back in business, and recovering from the early fall.

All the Housebuilders had a big knock today, just like the Market in general

FTSE down 160 points, FTSE 250 down 600 points and at one time 700 points when INL was at its intraday lows

Down 13%, have I missed a profit warning... to fall 13% in a day usually means negative news.

The Times

The government is in talks with housebuilders about extending the Help to Buy scheme as part of a range of measures to get the industry building again after the lockdown is eased.

Officials fear that the shutdown of construction work and sales offices during the coronavirus outbreak will have a long-term impact.

Savills estimates that builders have downed tools on sites where they could construct about 200,000 new homes, equivalent to almost a year’s supply.
