MMs marked the INL ZDPs (INLZ) up a couple of points on today's cash raise.

Cheapest offer now 148.9p, ie 149.66p inc. costs. At that the GRY for 4yrs to 201.4p on 10/04/2024 = 7.81%pa.

Still a great corner of a SIPP, because not many drawdown much over 7%pa.

Got my allocation in the placing; let's see if they put it into my broker's a/c which is not on their list of known ones.

They are likely to have paid all their sub contractors off and saved up for the new, super, senior management bonus scheme.

Persimmon said the other day they haven't taken advantage of government assistance.

The point to be remembered here is that the other major house builders simply CANNOT buy any land from INL while they are getting government cash and possibly for some time after they are back up and running.

If you are getting government cash you can hardly pay a dividend , up the CEO's salary and splash out on land purchases.....although I wouldn't put it past some of them trying!!!

Agree they got reduced but Wicks did throw in another £250k of new cash so must be fairly confident

Given the lack of institutional shareholders, the rather sombre trading statement, the fact that the offer price was the same as the market price of last week and that Wicks/Malde allowed their position to be reduced, a good show that it was completed so quickly.

Strange, MMS seem to be holding bid at 50p even though it's all sells at moment. Maybe they want the placing all sorted out first before they let it drop further. Any thoughts on that?

Also subscribed for a few more. Looks an attractive entry point. Could easily see this break 100p over the next two years if normality returns and we get nav uplifts from a few more planning successes.

I too bought some through PrimaryBid. Had a bit of trouble registering; they have a weird way of listing birthdates (fullyear-month-day). Does seem that you have to have a broker account and if you want certificates there is a fee for that. They call it a settlement fee. Not quite as advertised with no fees.

I decided to go in for a few more to road test the primary bid mechanism as I have had some false starts in the past .However I do not have a trading account and deal via ISA or SIPP accounts and was told I can only use Primary Bid with a trading account so will not be joining you.
Not all that fussed.

PrimaryBid looks like a good idea to allow retail investors to participate and well done to INL for using it.

I subscribed for some, it didn't explicitly say that the allocation had gone through although they took payment (confirmation post completion of offer).

a high-risk proposition, net debt 150m before this fund raise so support of lenders vital, how did they get in this position, too many developments and stymied by the stalled land sales...?
