Master RSI

from reading some of your posts I'm assuming that the 'Master' refers to your age !

Guessing you're still in your teens right ?

Just a young broke kid with Powerpoint.

The bounce back has not been as strong as other days, but the market is getting worse instead of getting better, so good whatever pulls back is.

The other housebuilders are much in the same position.

I managed to convince the wife during lunch time to buy TLW with the money we kept for the holidays spending, though is in July, we may won't be able to go as the things are currently.
The damaged was done at 14.63
moving lower now after a good run earlier

It looks like not a day for Construction shares
but for Oil shares, as Oil prices go through the roof +$4.54 or 15.16%

Many thanks Mr RSI

You seem better prepare to help that some here, with many only aiming to complain
btw I managed to buy ENQ for 8.7 early this morning, I already own INL since last month at 41
Let's hope this crisis goes away soon and we can go back to normal to a better way of live on health and financially

On the plus side, debt maturities are well spaced, with the 65 million HSBC facility not falling due until March 2023, and the 29 million of Zeros not falling due until April 2024.Market conditions make it difficult to value assets, but I suspect INL has been conservative in the past, and a positive decision on the Hillingdon / Master Brewer site would be good news. Of course a land sale / debt reduction would be the best news, but for that we will need to be a little patient. GLA.

hi maturo

re - gearing

At the Final results the £152.3m debt was the figure given by the company and they were expecting to fall after sells of land, but later on the last RNS 19 March 5 of those land sales have been aborted ....so the gearing will keep high for a while.

At the moment the gearing is almost twice the market cap of £84M, so consider high

" Net debt at £152.3m (30 June 2018: £79.7m), predominantly due to the increase in the land bank and work in progress; this is expected to fall as a number of realisations are achieved"

"As at 19 March 2020, Inland had five significant land sales at an advanced stage of documentation with solicitors, three of which were to major national housebuilders. The changes in the UK housing market last week have resulted in decisions by many housebuilders to temporarily cease land purchases and these five land sales have now been aborted."

Very "badtime" to ask too many questions

I see all your post are half a line
and posting through your mobile

Is very bad time to move around
stay put in your wheelchair

otherwise

you will get a kick in your @rse
from the ones in charge

-----------------

I see the shares had an early knock like every day that the market is down, so far no bounce back, anyway most housebuilders are heavily down today

cordwainer

Market well down once again
Those shares were selected on my page to do well at those low prices, and are also on the Fantasy Portfolio growth for 2020

INL selected 17th of March @ 39p
CRST selected 1st April @ 176.50p
ENQ selected after closing yesterday @ 8.535p

If you want a portfolio of more oil TLW came out with a good RNS today, not yet selected but if it comes down to 14p one should get some, currently 14.47p +2.79p

note: middle prices at the time

intraday TLW and 2 months

Here are 3 shares that may interest you on the days to come but better tomorrow morning in order of potential movement at 8am

ENQ 8.40p - Oil producer with large debt but making big profits, but able to pay the debt if Oil price recovers as expected soon, already today +$4.

CRST 185.90p - House builder, profitable with land bank alone worth 1.6 times market cap, has cash, new management with view of higher margins and more houses.

INL 44p - Mixed of housing and construction, very profitable but large gearing of 65.1%. NAV is 78.84p

The 3 charts are on much the same position, made a bottom and now bouncing back
            ENQ                            CRST                      INL

            ENQ                            CRST                      INL

All the best

Spud

I'm watching you, and you were NOT in the 8 0'clock applause round, red card
neither your post was saying anything about INL

Are you feeling a bit down after selling and now share price moving higher?
Yes I told you off a few days ago, so no wonder you remember my name so well, so you deserve once more red card.

Cheer up you lot, stop being so miserable there is more than making money these days, life is more precious than a fist of Pounds.

I don't often post on these boards but do read a number to try to learn more about the companies in which I invest(lose money!).
Until the last dozen or so posts, I thought this was one of the more sensible boards in ADVFN, but I heartily agree with tyranosaurus' last comment, though I personally might have phrased his second sentence slightly more tactfully but with the same meaning!
