Nearly 5 years since the last post to this thread - anyone still out there?
Ironically the comment in Post148 seems relevant today!

IIP buy price at 2p with trading slow this morning. Moves very speedily indeed and one to get into quickly if interested. Only 2p and NAV at 22p - target 11p at a 50% discount to NAV...

IIP moves on very small trades indeed. Quite unusual for a company carrying a market cap around £23 million. If £10k buyers move in the shares should fly - time to consider...shares are at a massive discount to asset value.

Names of Large Shareholders owning/controlling over 3%:

Promoters - Gynia Holdings Limited* 151,237,108 82.66%

The Capital Group Companies 10,292,172 5.62%

Allowing for a couple of other <2.99% holdings then it really doesn't leave much around in free float.

Average volume for the past year is 134k, last 3 months is 270k (although this might be skewed a bit by the 17mln the other day).

Just a shame about the spread. Could be an interesting play here possibly.

Not sure he would want it to delist. How will he be able to extract money from it if it isn't listed?

He sold 8m shares at £10+ to institutions and now those same institutions are selling them back to him for £1.25.

I don't understand why Prudential would sell them at £1.25 when forecasts for this year and next seem quite good.
