08/9/2009 12:50 | For once a Director's sale that I can take bullishly. Given that Institutional demand is required to keep this going up, and the free float is so low, this makes sense for all concerned. I, personlly, expect a bullish result for a recent gas find, hence the timing on this transaction. All IMVHO. | square1

02/9/2009 11:33 | ig trading central take on the ftse at 11.00 am Pivot: 4855 Our Preference: SHORT positions @ 4831 with targets @ 4775 & 4725. Alternative scenario: The upside penetration of 4855 will call for a rebound towards 4905 & 4925. Comment: The 60-min RSI is oversold as the contract remains above a support @ 4775, a bounce is likely ahead of a new push down. Trend: ST Bullish; MT Range | bleunose

31/8/2009 09:04 | raj the trading central one in tools givs u there take on where price roadblocks are . i take it with a pinch of salt as its ig giving there levelsbut its a guide this was this mornings take on it Pivot: 1.6275 Our preference: Short positions below 1.6275 with targets @ 1.6175 & 1.615 in extension. Alternative scenario: Above 1.6275 look for further upside with 1.6325 & 1.638 as targets. Comment: the pair is on the downside and is challenging its support, a rebound should not be ruled out before a new down move. | bleunose
31/8/2009 08:48 | tks bleunose. got that p&F chart. atleast now i can check a daily P & F for cable. its a downtrend and support is at 1.6100 and a dbl bottom sell signal. the best part of updata charting was it gives you a target( upside or downside ) only a matter of knowing when to short or go long!! | rajstar

30/8/2009 14:31 | all trade decisions are based 30% on charts, 40% on fundamentals AND rest is just gambling, i.e Based on nothing. "£2 increments because that dont add up .. but i get the drift mate" my maths is like Abbotto & Castello....... i know what you mean. it is just an example. | noon
30/8/2009 14:01 | so hows it going noon i think your calls are great . nice to see you post them as i can emagine its not easy but you seem to nail most of the trades . areyou trading off pivots / support resistance for the quick scalps using the crossover 1,2,5 mins macd as momentum indicators. and keeping the rsi on your side . if you dont mind me asking . ive trded the dax before and found it responds to indicators much better as well as having some nice swings i have done well overall with the dax . is the dax you favorite . oh and of course getting the moving avearges on the side of the trade is also important my favorite set up is the futures targets high /low and the look to get some conformation for the trade( ties in with the pivots ) .. if i get the 4.30 cash gap far away enough then thats usually good set up as well. just seems this market wants to carry on up to the 50% -61.8 fib at the moment ... maybe when the market opens next week we shall see where the big boys want to take .. | bleunose
30/8/2009 13:54 | so what are year 2 increments from 2,3,5,7, is it £2 increments because that dont add up .. but i get the drift mate | bleunose |
