Both Funds' triggering transaction was for 10K shares, so it looks like the formal reporting of a private transaction between Goldman Sachs (Inflection Point Investments) and Standard Life (Vidacos Nominees).

Goldman Sachs just increased their stake to above 3%. Hope they are not acting on behalf of a predator given the turnaround that is occuring.

That's excellent news (now linked on the IND website too), exactly what should have been expected given the board changes and fruition of the three year plan.

For the record, price in 2009 touched £7.

Like others, I've been invested here for over 10 years. I don't intend reviewing my position until we get to £10 which should be within a couple of years now that we're on this new trajectory.

Thanks for the link Layabout, a very impressive read, I was really surprised at the amount of projects IND are involved with. Their cctv equipment was even in service at BP's oil rig disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, and the support IND offered afterwards seemed really important.

Can't wait for the next set of results now.

JA: How is the IndigoVision business going right now – where are you at?

MK: We are experiencing our best growth rates since 2009. Every single part of our business globally is growing. Asia Pacific is having its best year ever – the highest rate of growth we've ever achieved. Very strong – 50 per cent growth. We recently broke into Macau winning a system for the Grand Waldo Casino.

The best is definitely coming for IndigoVision. We've grown the business on a comparatively limited product set but our product range is expanding rapidly and combined with the buzz in the business – it's going to be exciting. We want to be much more present in our key markets – office space, engineers, committing for the long term.

In 2009 growth rates were 43%. !

IndigoVision and Radio Zeeland Combine to Keep SEACOR Safe

SEACOR Island Lines offers drayage, stevedoring, cargo loading and terminal services in South Florida. They required a new security system that could provide surveillance across two of their facilities.

A combination of IndigoVision's BX cameras and a 9000 Range 20 Channel Encoders now provides surveillance for the main office, and a port facility, having been installed by IndigoVision partner Radio Zeeland.

The Distributed Network Architecture (DNA) of IndigoVision's solution allowed it to be easily deployed across both sites, and it is now possible for staff in the main office to view what is happening at the port, with individual users able to view different sections of the facility.

IndigoVision Enhances Integration With Lenel OnGuard Access Control

The IndigoVision Lenel Integration Module has been upgraded to allow seamless two-way communication of alarms and events between the Lenel access control system and IndigoVision's Complete IP Video Security Solution.

Live video, move PTZ cameras, start recordings and send notification emails can all be triggered automatically in IndigoVision's Control Center software from events generated in the Lenel OnGuard system.

Additionally, relays in IndigoVision's Control Center software can now be used to perform actions such as locking or unlocking doors in the Lenel system. This allows for a fully integrated solution between both systems, dramatically improving operator response time.

IndigoVision Transforms Retail Operations in Mauritius

Grand Baie La Croisette (GBLC), in Mauritius, is a luxury mixed use development combining retail, dining, residential space, office buildings, cinema, sports facilities and outdoor space with parking areas.

After incidents of theft and damage to property, they decided to deploy IndigoVision's solution. This new system would have to be able to deal with the contrasting lighting conditions in the cinema, retail and outdoor areas, while allowing staff to quickly find and export evidence.

IndigoVision's Enhanced PTZ Domes and Fixed Domes have been installed across the development, their wide dynamic range and automatic mechanical day/night infra-red filter allowing them to deliver high quality footage in spite of the differing lighting conditions.

They have issued a trading update in last week of July in the previous 2 years, but that was before the full year results.

If the news flow on the company website is a guide, then they might be keen to give an update of this years progress.

Second interim results for the 12 months to July 31st are due on Sep 4th. So still a bit to wait.

I would have liked a trading update either later this month of beginning of August but i dont suppose we will get one.

IndigoVision Raises Funds for Cancer Care Charity

On 26th July, "Team IndigoVision" will be participating in Walk Ten Edinburgh, a sponsored walk with goal of raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

In addition to the walk itself, IndigoVision staff recently held a fund raising baking event, including a hotly contested award for "best cupcake".

Marie Curie Cancer Care run a number of hospices across the UK, providing free care services to patients and families, as well as leading cancer care research and in 2012-13 provided care for nearly 40,000 people.

University of York's IndigoVision Solution goes from Strength to Strength

The University of York has been using IndigoVision's IP Video Security Solutions to help safeguard their students for several years now.

The most notable challenge with this project was the sheer size of the area that required monitoring. The university campus is split across two sites, the largest of which, Heslington East, is 117 hectares. Both sites have open access, with students, teachers and visitors coming and going at will.

Some 450 cameras now watch over the university campus; and while other vendors have pitched alternative solutions, the University none have been able to match the features and flexibility that IndigoVision provide, such as fast and efficient image search, a map-based interface.

Soaking Up the Atmosphere of the 'Beautiful Game' In Brazil

Following a string of recent successes from IndigoVision's Latin American Team, including projects for Miraflores, G&D, and The Brazilian Ministry of Work, IndigoVision decided a reward was in order.

Having provided video security for the World Cup, IndigoVision was able acquire a much sought after ticket to see Argentina take on Switzerland in the knock out stages, offering it to IndigoVision Latin American Sales Director, José López Martin.

He was thrilled at the chance to see a World Cup game live, and the match turned out to be extremely tense, with Argentina narrowly winning by one goal to nil in Extra Time.
