I too think the business is worth more that £38m and could suit someone who wants a shell business - clean except for the engineering problem which can be resolved.

Its worth a lot more than £38 million. It will attain a much higher market cap but not as a result of a rebound in the share price but through the issuance of new shares priced much lower than you are currently buying at.
