27/9/2022 08:51 | Any guesses on current revenue? | aishah
26/9/2022 20:23 | I have been watching IOG for some time, just been waiting for the share price to fallback, it has done, this is what happens, nothing goes up in a straight line, patience is key in all stocks, try investing in Pharmaceuticals you will have nightmares waiting for news, this is an opportunity to now buy low, it’s lost over half its value lately, this is what I look for in stocks, couple that with the fall in Gas price recently, now watch it climb back up, news can’t be far off! Sit tight, I know it’s frustrating watching your profits erode and others trading, but that’s life, wish you all luck from here! 👍 | therealdeal25
26/9/2022 18:29 | I am sure if the company issue some more Options to Incentivise Long-Term Performance, that will fix it. | wskill
26/9/2022 18:22 | Any news with IOG - update on the water in well? Are both wells back online or both shut due to excessive water / limitation of terminal to handle the same? Is Southwark on track with the yet again extended timeline or into Q1 2023? I hope no further dilution... IOG management need to update... silence is deafening.. | ashkv
26/9/2022 15:55 | Just bought in 54,152 shares to begin with, Gas has rebounded today so let’s see what happens from here | therealdeal25
26/9/2022 15:00 | I’m thinking of buying in here, is it bad news? Or do they know they have good news coming? They take it down to panic people into selling, then the good news arrives and everybody is out, well I’m now thinking is this the bottom? I see this could take off from here very soon! Watching and waiting | therealdeal25
26/9/2022 13:30 | News on the way then cannot be good by the share price reaction. | wskill
26/9/2022 12:05 | SP back below first gas levels. Been a bit of a shambles. | sludgesurfer
23/9/2022 18:16 | "We" don't, what about IOG "management"? What exactly do they know? | dunderheed
23/9/2022 18:15 | The problem is we don't know where the water is coming from yet, presumably one of the two wells and not somewhere else or both but that is yet to be confirmed. And then if from one well where exactly from within the well. The ongoing uncertainty over this and of any resolution (so far as we know) has been destroying the share price. | bountyhunter
23/9/2022 17:15 | There is a post on the LSE b/b which goes in to the water problem in great detail with all that can be done to put the issue right....... | anley
22/9/2022 18:52 | I am currently out of IOG - after multiple profitable trades had a slight loss on my last foray buying at 32 in early July and selling at 29 on the last day of August. Sold due to the water cut - though I believe IOG is a compelling take-over play and could be a reason for the delays... However, was spooked by water cut and chose to play it safe. On the sidelines waiting for management to clarify as to the issue / progress with Southwark drill. Good luck to the holders - I will dip back in when hopefully matters are favorably resolved. | ashkv
22/9/2022 13:02 | Hopefully not "that" bad lol, I wouldn't like to mention the worst case scenario in my head either but this is what happens when we get a radio silence on the issue. How long is it going to take to work out where the water is coming from and formulate a plan to deal with/mitigate the problem, it can't be rocket science! We may be hitting a new 2 year low at this rate despite the sky high gas prices. One would hope that Southwark at least would lift us out of this hole, eventually. Q4?, pigs might fly!! | bountyhunter
22/9/2022 12:26 | xxnjr -Apparently K-1 was the first UK onshore oil producing well with production start up in 1961. That's not correct hxxps://www.geolsoc. siggy | sigma3333
22/9/2022 10:53 | Dunders - Fair enough. Let's hope it's not "that" bad. Off topic was walking past Kimmeridge-1 well in Dorset the other day when a road tanker rocked up for a loading. Had a quick chat with the Perenco guys there. Apparently K-1 was the first UK onshore oil producing well with production start up in 1961. Started at about 200 bopd. After about 5 yrs production inexplicably doubled to 400 bopd, remaining over 350 bopd for the next 10 yrs and is still churning out 54 bopd today with Zero!!! water cut and negligible gas. 3.1m barrels produced from a single nodding donkey that requires very little intervention work. The geology isn't fully understood as K-1 has produced way more than their model predicts. If only IOG had the same problem ;-) | xxnjr
22/9/2022 07:06 | Xx, rather not "say" as will just get accused of de ramping. Could be really bad imho for one of the assets and hoping this is the smaller one of the two producing hence, considering the "pure luck position" the BoD finds itself in, with regard to gas pricing may not be a material as the share price "indicates"? As ever all IMHO, DYOR and note well, I always see the pessimistic scenarios!! | dunderheed
21/9/2022 17:20 | Dh - Would you care to share what you think the problem is?..... thx | xxnjr
21/9/2022 11:52 | I thought you might have done (read it) matey. I assume it was the sailornl post which I certainly didn't read that way. The HO boys are probably still scratching their heads. I know what I think the problem is!! | dunderheed
21/9/2022 11:14 | yeah I read it. I only added some colour for the benefit of the casual reader. I'm not expecting an RNS on that issue for some weeks really. Southwark drilling is more important short term. I suspect there, even now, the subsea works on transmission and hook up are the critical path, or at least equally important. I'm close to buying more, volume is very low. | hpcg
21/9/2022 09:26 | 2296 please see 2294. | dunderheed
21/9/2022 09:10 | anley - I think I read the message to which you refer. I believe that is a commentary about activity at sea, support vessels and the like. So literally nothing of relevance to the brine reaching Bacton. | hpcg
21/9/2022 08:44 | Water on the land side not important enough to RNS? We'll bathe me in free warrants and hand round the options tin again. What first class management! | fardels bear |
