09/5/2022 11:27 | the same fall is going on at SQZ | jeanesy
09/5/2022 10:56 | Oh how I wish I sold at 45p and bought back in this morning at 27p - Hindsight! | billybunter1970
09/5/2022 10:09 | I'm still in at 23p | fardels bear
09/5/2022 09:58 | I know I said place those shares at 25p but now I say 20p. | montyhedge
06/5/2022 13:10 | ...so looking more and more like a Log jam 😉 Yes surely we will see a TR1 soon if the theorizing is correct. (added to the header, although not a very glamorous chart it shows volumes over the last month) | bountyhunter
06/5/2022 12:50 | The last notification from the LOG administrators was on 8th April having reduced by 1% (circa 14 million shares). We surely are due another very soon if it is indeed LOG. | marvelman
06/5/2022 12:11 | Are you going to "glass" someone tonight - I'd be careful about putting such stuff on free bb's - could be incriminating!! | dunderheed
06/5/2022 11:59 | Well I can certainly agree it must be LOG Dunder. Going to need a glass tonight and all will be well. | marvelman
06/5/2022 11:46 | Yes but MM, this is the market - there is a seller that needs to crystalise volume - simple and until completed the share price will reflect this. BB 1007 - this has always been my concern - my "experience" is that silly little bolt on fields "tend" to get smaller and big "finds" tend to get bigger. The initial fields here probably aren't that small as to get that badly wrong and the geology here is very well known. Ah but the "geologists here" did get the high Cos's of the most high profile wells wrong didnae they? OOOppppSS! Only kidding, my theory is simple - LOG selling down to enable them to buy their next "discounted" shares - I expect the shares to settle at 30p or thereabouts - all IMHO and everyone always DYOR!!! Best of luck all! | dunderheed
06/5/2022 11:40 | hpcp..appreciate your comment however, I am not so sure that the market (i.e the market in general) is actually setting the price. In this situation my view is that it is being driven by an share price influenced by a large seller saturating the bid through sheer volume. This is not a normal market where sentiment is usually the driver based on fundamentals. | marvelman
06/5/2022 11:34 | Unlikely imho | fardels bear
06/5/2022 11:33 | Could this slippage in share price be related to there not being as much Gas as they had predicted? | billybunter1970
06/5/2022 11:28 | Yebbut bh, they do know. | fardels bear
06/5/2022 11:27 | Actually it's not uncommon for a company to say via RNS "we no no reason for the share price movement" in situations such as this where the movement of a share price is contrary to peers. | bountyhunter
06/5/2022 11:19 | marvelman r.e. 992 "So 30p next and then...??...no statement or comment from the company on the fall or why it is contra to all logic in this gas market." The market sets the market price, not the company. You should be asking sellers why they are selling and potential buyers why they aren't buying. The only information the company can pass on is about its business. I have a modest but equally not negligible amount of IOG, all bought higher, and I think the price action is fantastic. I'll add seriously in the 27-28 area and I would expect to double my money or more come the autumn. In my opinion gas prices aren't going down much even if the UK economy craters because Nat Gas has got ever more regional, and even global, in its pricing structure. Even if the war Russia wages against Ukraine stopped tomorrow (it won't, it potentially goes on for years) Europe will still seek to move away from Russia as a supplier of anything. | hpcg
06/5/2022 11:19 | Shareprices talk, must be something going on. | montyhedge
06/5/2022 10:32 | Makes no sense, time for a "we know of no reason" statement from management but pigs might fly first?! | bountyhunter
06/5/2022 10:30 | Reserved for DC and monte1. | dunderheed
06/5/2022 10:30 | I'll take this..... | dunderheed
06/5/2022 10:30 | I'll tell you what though.... | dunderheed
06/5/2022 10:13 | Analyst consensus eps estimates for 2022/23/24 are 32p/23p/17p so for a price of 30p people are getting 72p of earnings. Taking the 23p on a more normal p/e ration of 10 a price of 230p would seem reasonable. | kibes
06/5/2022 10:10 | Better than normal service resumed, great "management" here so should be ok??!! | dunderheed
06/5/2022 09:51 | This board is turning into a real hotbed of pantwetting. | sludgesurfer
06/5/2022 09:44 | Primary or secondary placing? | dunderheed |
