Railtrack shareholders are to be bailed. Good for them but as far as i'm concerned that sets a precedent and therefore all shareholders of all firms that go into suspension/liquidation should be compenstated by them. Get your emails, letters and phone calls off to Mr. Byers and our democratically? elected government.

The above letter was supposed to have been sent to Shareholders by the administrator and because I hold my share's in a Nomanee account I would not have recieved one. As off the 16/3/02 my broker said he no's nothing of this letter. Can anyone who holds a Shares cert confirm weather they have recieved one.

"We write to advise you that on February 7th Garry Wilson and Simon Allport were appointed Joint Administrators ...

"The Media business and assets of Direct Mobile Communications Limited, WM (2002) Limited (Formerly IMS Telecom Limited), Telecom Limited and Nobel Communications Limited were sold to a management buy out team on 15 February 2002. The management buy out team will trade as IMS Telecom Limited.

IMS is now owned by some of the previous board, shareholders get nothing your shares have nill value. The board couldnt raise funds to keep it afloat for the shareholders ,but had no problem raising the funds to buy it for themselves. Crooked B-------ds.

INQUIRY INTO IMS SELLING LIKELY
Heavy trades in IMS, minutes before trading in the company
was suspended, are expected to be reviewed by the LSE and FSA.
IMS Group resells telecoms services. It had said on

Friday talks with a private investor had broken down. The FSA
suspended IMS shares on Monday lunchtime "pending clarification
of the company's financial position". The share price dropped

Hello IMS people. Didn't I read that everything was fine from the results posted in November? Nearly bought them, but decided they had gone too far at 27p. Wrong, because they then went to 40p. Makes you wonder whether the so called 'research' you do is all based on total bull.

It is odd that the last transaction before suspension was a big sale at 3p.
It must be a first if the market makers are going to be left with millions of useless shares. They usually make sure they get rid of them to the likes of you and I.
