another turn backwards, re-appointment of Melvyn Angell as CEO will add expense but no gravitas to the Board. The company has failed to take advantage of the legislative windfall requiring TV stations to implement sub titling and instead limps along while Red Bee (the old BBC services) makes hay. These shares are only going one way

Directors have increased their holdings which is a good sign and should support the share price This is now trading at single figure p/e. Still a good long term story as the demand for the company's subtitling services is driven by OFCOM regulation.

Is it now not excellent value? Demand is driven by regulation. Although slower to implement than expected, the demand for their services will come about in the course of time, which should be secure due to specialist knowledge and niche sector experience. P/E now extremely low.

Has IMS risen from the DEAD? or has the Epic been reallocated. My broker can't find out is there anyone out there who has some of these papering the walls?

Even Techinvest has now given up on this Co. and have suggested that holdings be liquidated. Reading between the lines they are suggesting that the Co.will need to raise funds which in this market could be a wee difficult Not for Widows and Orphans - I'm off aswell and have put my money into Sherwood Intl.
