INQUIRY INTO IMS SELLING LIKELY
Heavy trades in IMS, minutes before trading in the company
was suspended, are expected to be reviewed by the LSE and FSA.
IMS Group resells telecoms services. It had said on

Friday talks with a private investor had broken down. The FSA
suspended IMS shares on Monday lunchtime "pending clarification
of the company's financial position". The share price dropped
from 91/4p to 41/2p. Millions of shares are believed to have

been sold, with one investor off-loading 4.5 percent of the
company's stock in a single transaction.

I don't think people should write nasty things about the IMS share holders everybody want to make money here to loose all the money on a share is not very nice thing if you don't have a warm heart and you don' feel sorry for them please give youself a break and let the share holders have a peaceful time as well
Note; I am not a share holder of IMS

I can't help to write something here because some people seems no heart at all
today's news may be is a bad news IMS holders may have lost all their money if you don't know how to say sorry and be a nice perpon you don't have to be on this board.

NOTE; I am not a share holder of IMS but the share was on my watching list long time and still is

BB - look out for a delayed sell at the end of the day. Lets face it, IMS is not an attractive proposition until we know what level the rights issue/placing will be at. However, one thing is certian and that is that it will be at a significant discount to whatever the market price is upon announcement, so the further the IMS shareprice falls then the more current shareholder funds will be diluted. Also the actions of the Management of IMS should be questioned....what a cr@p way of handling things !

Why not bring out the results with a full explanation etc, etc....

The rights could then have been done at 20p.

Now it'll probably be 10p !

IMS needs new financial PR....
