21/11/2001 17:11 | IMS group share price is down more than 98% since its peak of almost £13 per share. Even if we exclude the teamtalk.com demerger, it is down from £8 to mere 29p. How many CEO do you know who have kept their jobs following such as a performance? Is it not his main job to add to the share holder value? | nghomi
21/11/2001 08:08 | IMS positive trading statement. On RNS news. | steadyeddy
21/11/2001 00:57 | I'm still in, bought at 17p. I wonder if an announcement is due soon, these have really taken off this week, the first time they have moved since I bought them a few weeks ago. | gzr
20/11/2001 18:01 | I'm in at 24p after averaging down. Think it's got bags of up side. Been a fan for a while. Buying again tomorrow. | ironhorse
20/11/2001 10:33 | Shifting up a gear - moved up strongly on a 30k buy. now 29-30. Anyone else onto this one or is it just me today? | j3fro
20/11/2001 08:29 | good solid business with some nice growth potential. looks well undervalued to me at current ratings. I am hoping to see 40p short term. | j3fro
20/11/2001 00:39 | nghomi I am still in. Thank goodness. Any idea what's going on?? | throc
20/11/2001 00:25 | IMS price rising without buys going through, something is definetly on. | steadyeddy
20/11/2001 00:17 | IMS group now up 30%. | steadyeddy
19/11/2001 14:47 | Colt is valued at 2 times historic turnover. This company is valued at only one quarter of one years turnover. An eighth of Colt's valuation on revenune multiple terms. Multiples on turnover are just one yardstick. A true valuation for a company like this should in my opinon be between half to one times annual turnover all other things being equal. This suggests to me there is plenty of scope for this stock to go higher. | throc
19/11/2001 14:06 | nghomi I read in news this morning that Mr Froggatt has retired on Ill health grownds. Do you no better! You seem to display a dislike of him. | ironhorse
19/11/2001 14:01 | Surely the demise of the FD cannot alone cause this rise? | skua
19/11/2001 11:35 | I am gald to hear that Mr Nicholas Froggatt, the finance director is being sacked! May be this is the reason that the share price is up 20% today!! It is time to BUY this stock. Hopefully the right person will be take over Mr Froggatt | nghomi
19/11/2001 09:55 | IMS rises 18% on low volume. There may be a large delayed buy? | steadyeddy
09/11/2001 16:05 | Gorwel, thanks for the info, those targets sound more realistic. 4p next year would still be good. | gzr
09/11/2001 14:35 | GZR. Equity Investigator have a more realistic eps target of 1.5p this year. They are going for 4p next year. If that happens then these are certainly cheap. I do not hold at mopment, nut am looking closely. I think the market may fear a warning - if it happens it will be mid Nov | gorwel
03/11/2001 00:07 | IMS Group up 6%; only one mm on the offer. Herald Investment Trust increase stake to 8.55%. I'm in. | steadyeddy
02/11/2001 16:01 | I can tell Throc at least four reasons why he should sell his IMS shares now before it is too late!!! 1) If they are really going to make 5p per share year, why don't the management buy back 10% of issued shares now at this "so-called" incredible cheap price!! 2) Why did the management stop paying divident? 3) Why did they buy "Nobel Communication" last year for 5 million pounds? Can anybody out there tell me two "good" outcome of this stupid dicision by the management? 4) Why is that so many fund managers are coming out of this company including M & G INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED? My conclusion is that the management must be sacked! They are not suitable for the job! | nghomi
02/11/2001 13:49 | I got in a couple of weeks ago at 17p and this must be the first time they've moved. The Herald stake is very encouraging. Beeson Gregory had forecast eps of 3p for this year and 5.4p for next year. This makes the shares dirt cheap if these forecasts are accurate. | gzr |
