YOU SEE A SHARE DROP AND YOU CALL IT "CHEAP" AND JUMP IN

YOU PAY NO ATTENTION TO FUNDEMENTALS AND DESERVE ALL THE LOSSES YOU GET

supperod -

Agree. I Remember comments like 'a great opportunity' and 'start shorting'
circulating following the September 11th attacks.

All of you enjoying others pain should really be ashamed.

Looks like the market may have got wind of a Redstone like rights issue. DYOR but the way this has moved over the last couple of trading days it looks like this is either heading for a penny or bust.

What fun !!

Note that:--

the lower the share price goes the less interesting the company shares are as a buy in my view !!

Wierd.

But the lower the share price gives them less and less chance of using the shares as a tool to try and raise some cash to keep going !!

The debt of 14M quid also gets bigger as a % relative to the cap. value of the company. And however much the share price falls (1p, 2p, 4p ???) the debt of 14M sits there like a rock unchanged !!

Check out Cedar's story(CED)and get out while you can... £15 to 5p in 18 months.

Luck to all holders.

PS I am not a shorter or holder of this stock, just another investor burned by the demise a telco with funding problems.

Ironhorse,

This scenario reminds me of LCI last autumn, which crashed to around 5p just
to stage a x4 recovery within two months. Should IMS release a statement
clarifying their financial positions their ability to cover debt covenants
we could easily see 25p again.

Any views?

Things might not be as bad as we think.
Taken from the RNS statment on 21/1/02:

The Board also announces that its preliminary results for the year to 31 October
2001 are expected to be announced by the end of February 2002. As previously
announced on 21 November 2001, the Board anticipates that, in the year to 31
October 2001, earnings before exceptional items will be in line with market
expectations.

Have to agree with the above concerning the bad handling of this. However, I did note that the Company also said "As previously announced on 21 November 2001, the board anticipates that earnings before exceptional items will be in line with market expectations". I thought that gives cause for a little optimism, however, what is the size of the exceptional items. They had loads of cash and now they want, it appears, a lot more. I considered that they have a reasonable chance of finding a solution given that the business now seems profitable so I bought on Friday.

I agree with uncle norman!!!! I don't believe that things are as bad as people think, Why don't directors inform investors on how much they need? Comparing to "Thus plc", I think the company is worth more than 60 million pounds including their debts. So even if they have 30 million pounds debt the share price should be around 90p! It is worth to make the risk and buy then now before they are 90p!!!:-) BUY now before it is too late!!

"There can be no guarantee that these discussions will be successful. "

I expect the share price to drop below 5p very soon
