Back to March pre lockdown price levels.....results this month will come with a forward trading update....that will set the tone, but all indications are strong trading

My guess is trading statement heavily emphasised the positive knock on effect of reducing lockdown and moving back to normality, and with massively rising cases there is concerns that it won't be as smooth, that's my guess anyway.

I would be a bit surprised if they did a CR to fund an acquisition. They have been pretty clear that only small bolt ons would be considered and that they would be financed from operational cash flow.

My own view is that that the RNS for the trading update was a bit too matter of fact and that has left the market to have to paint in, by itself, a bit to much of the outlook. They still have work to do on their IR outreach and tone.

They will report in the next month or so, it will be strong, the outlook will be strong and they will probably outline a new dividend policy (and hopefully pay one). I think we will break 1 pound shortly there after.

My confidence in this that the institutional real estate and corporate transactional markets are starting to rebound. If you look at their twitter feed you will see they have started to highlight some completed commercial real estate deals.

This stock is starting to get a whiff of a new funding, probably for a purchase.

Seen it many times, agreed price say 65p....and the current share price whittles away to that mark, before announcement.

All imo, but lets see

Drip drip selling has taken this back down....guess they feel the 21st June postponement was telling.

Bought some more today, expect a TS in July and definite progress.

Yes, news of continued good trading plus a reinstated divi should see this past the 52 week high of 88p, then possibly up to 100p. The valuation is anomalous, around half the rating f it's peers!!
