23/4/2023 09:55 | with AIM it is awful???... the clue in the AIM name...AIM = Am I Mug?... Pinemartin913 Apr '23 - 12:24 - 1237 of 1247 0 0 1 Agree - anyone got any legal knowledge here that could phrase something in the correct way. I suspect between holders on this board there is quite a significant shareholder representation. Have to be honest though, with AIM it is awful. About 8 years ago I was heavily into Afren which went bust. Never saw any comeback despite arrests and obvious corruption. You would have thought this bunch had more morals being in the legal profession. Another one to put on the list of mistakes. | diku
14/4/2023 16:57 | It is a pity that the creditor who pulled the plug was not named. They often think twice if this is going to happen. None of us know the current position with the outstanding audit and more will come out in the wash. The Administrator needs to sell quickly or some of the clients will move to other firms as will key staff. Hugely disappointing and the CEO and CFO have a lot to answer for as do the NEDs particularly the chair of the Audit Committee. | alders15
14/4/2023 12:40 | Somewhat muted article in rollonfriday today (plus readers' comments). With a curious final paragraph. hXXps://www.rollonfr ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
14/4/2023 12:00 | What a travesty. My largest ever loss as I foolishly thought "surely they'll at least manage to run it cash positively now?" I hope someone is running around frenetically trying to get the audit complete because with that there will be a higher chance of selling the plc as whole as a going concern rather than just selling off the underlying businesses. Purchasers will be very curious as to what on earth the problem could have been. The firm should have some useful assets, like millions of pounds of unbilled work in progress. Hopefully the administrator will remember to ask purchasers to pay for that rather than throw it in when selling everything to an MBO for £1 or whatever other way we are going to get left out of the action this time. I'd always understood that the various part of this firm had profit sharing arrangements with senior lawyers. Somehow it seems that any such profit sharing arrangements have failed to share losses or slow/failed collections. Sigh. AIM shares. | jim digriz
14/4/2023 06:43 | good to see some action from major shareholders | neilyb675
14/4/2023 06:35 | Against what has happened recently, it is interesting to re-read the statements and Trading Update issued by Ince just a few months ago in November 2022. The RNS is dated 23/11/22 and accompanied the Proposed Placing. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
14/4/2023 06:05 | Reports on Tradewinds and LSE forum that Alan Sellers / Anexo is now pursuing a lawsuit against Ince Board, presumably including Donald Brown. Sellers will have lost a small fortune here. This must reflect the placings last year, and the disclosure around Ince finances. The plot thickens | albert zog

13/4/2023 11:50 | Being in the legal profession = zero morals. I'll admit some have a good heart, but they are in the minority. My biggest loss was getting screwed at SXX (sirius minerals). That was a disgrace. Short of funding but did not go back to shareholders but instead behind everyones backs was sold on the cheap to a mining giant.... utter cun*s. FCA did nothing - run by spivs for spivs. | greg the grinch
