Share price seems to have steadied itself. This is my biggest holding out of 310 stocks held. Not tempted to top-slice at this point, if at all. Great company in the making.

Another new £200m of AUM. Good news although i guess we were hoping for a tad more given April was generally a buoyant month. Anyway, upwards!

The sector's top growth stocks in the eyes of Peel Hunt are Charter Court Financial Services (CCFS) and Impax Asset Management (IPX).

Interesting. This is still my largest position. It's gone very quiet on here which is a good sign. Happy to hold. This is a quality company and will do well in the next decade in my view.

Gteat new article in FT Adviser on recent results - and most interestingly news that it looks like they've signed up a big new US pension fund. As a result Peel Hunt have switched back to "buy".

indeed, if you do the detail its actually 50m AUM down on 28/02 from 11290 on 18/01 (whn pax figs were merged) to 11240, however i would agree that given the turbulence of that period that's a pretty good result - and a sign of real strength. Regardless, be nice to see a strong march/april to get the general growth story back on track - as its clearly there, never mind the broader Pax opportunity.

It's quite positive that AUM were flat (slightly up) between end of January and end of February, given the market decline we've seen in February.

Well I’m not selling any for now. This is my best share. They have a great long term future. The next year certainly won’t be as good as the last 12 months, but they still have a market leading position in Europe and the USA and should be able to grow strongly over the next decade.

Another way of looking at it is that there was a willing buyer for a large number of shares (albeit at 165p) but that buyer is likely to want to make a profit over the medium to long term.

I think there will be definitely be some short-term weakness due to the placing price, mainly because if anyone was thinking about topping up, there would be no point buying now. Better to wait until some sellers have pushed the price down.

I have quite a large holding by the way. Sold a tiny number on the news and hope to buy back 10p lower. Didn't sell more for two reasons: the market makers wouldn't accept more, and I wasn't 100% convinced I'd be able to buy back at a lower price, so decided to hold the rest. I didn't want to be in a situation where I'd sold them all and they didn't drop much, then have none when they (hopefully) rise in the future.

It's strange that the market makers won't drop the price despite the fact that they also won't accept any shares at their bid price. They're creating a false market.

Yes interesting. Less than half his holding, so maybe he fancies spending some money. Guess he must have quite a bit of his wealth tied-up with this. I wouldn't be alarmed by this as he had a holding worth c£20m and maybe fancies some converted into cash!

The chairman. I am wondering if this might provide a good entry point or whether the share price will drift back to around that price.

Huge sell of 3,376,515 at 163.35p @ 11.53am. Still 178p - 184p so doesn't appear to have affected share price Interesting to see who is selling down?
