Yep. Planning to drip money in as and when and hold for the long-term. Reckon there's a fair chance they could get snapped up by one of the asset mgmt giants - and if they're not they seem well-run and pay a dividend.

Likewise. Bit of a discount on the recent high. One to hold over the long term.

Maybe more competition but a wall of money into ESG funds. Impax have a great long-term record and so for at least the next give years or so will benefit enormously.

Just over 3% AUM growth in January or half a billion pounds. Steady, performance has been good so far in Feb for ESG. Likely to see more competition in 2020 but not many have the 20 year plus track record.

Any ideas when they will update the January inflow / outflow numbers on their website?

They are in a sweet spot for the next few years, given their first mover advantage. Nice to be in an asset manager which has a great cause at the heart of it.

Yes looks the way Dan, how silly of me not to look there! So we should know Jan's by early Feb. Is Charlie selling a handful to pay his taxes? It's that time of year, similar RNS same last year. It looks like it was part of the bigger trade at 350 which presumably included staff more generally, looks like they got better share bonuses for performance this time round if that's what is was for.

To your point above their AUM is updated every month on their website.

13F filings are interesting. Just looking at a recent one there's quite a lot of names in there (over 250 and presumably these are just the US securities on the SEC's list). They seem to throw money at anything that matches their criteria but there's huge variation in the position sizes. The top 10 is not a list you normally see in funds generally but outside the top 10 you do have lazy fund manager favorites Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon. They've passed on Facebook and other social media, just a small dabble on Twitter. Not a fan of Elon Musk's Tesla either - perhaps failing on the G (in ESG) but maybe also the E, a bit like some of the waste recycling industry. Presumably there's some sort of weighting system linked to ESG scores but I am not aware of them having divulged their secret sauce in any of their market presentations. You can check it all out here. Will certainly look into their top 10 a bit more. hTTps://sec.report/Document/0001749768-19-000010/

Yes, they had a drop same period last year so compares well. That quarter is the danger quarter when institutions typically pull money. Well done to them to add about $1bn, not a slouchy number. The key is the Jan 1 inflows and the rest of the first calendar quarter. It's price sensitive data and in theory the business should know at least Jan 1 as they will be investing it, but looks like they won't disclose until 8 April. Perhaps there's a case for them to report AUMs monthly as this information will be known by regulators and some service providers, why not investors?

AUM up 400m in Dec to 16.1bn, and up 7% on first quarter. Tidy.

Hmmm...I wonder if we will see a big Jan 1 inflow for their funds. There's no limit really for this growing asset class. Helped along by the BoE sending out warnings about other asset classes.

#IPX Growth has delivered a rock solid performance at Impax's full year results. Evidence of operational leverage is coming through and AUM continue to grow. Read the full report here: https://equitydevelopment.co.uk/edreader/?d=%3D%3DAO2YjM

Full steam ahead by the looks of it. The rating is demanding but the opportunity is also big and we are well placed to keep growing. A gripe for me is the continual dilution. They are very generous to themselves.
