The following has been posted on the LSE board: "Type C meetings should be scheduled to occur within 75 days of FDA receipt of the written meeting request." The poster then goes on to say: "This meeting request was sent in 27th June so the latest possible response date from the FDA is 12th September." I'm not saying this is correct though, as FDA delays could always override their normal timeframes I guess.

Bu it should have been Monday so unless the FDA have given specific guidance of when to expect the response, it could come any day

I thought they had just told you it won't be today due to FDA delays (which are rather common these days).

The Company is in close contact with Avion and have been advised that the FDA is experiencing general delays in meeting response dates and that this is not specific to Avion and the Type C meeting for Lupuzor(TM) (P140).

OK - thanks Nobby. I know it was an impossible question really, so I don't think anyone will hold you to your answer! After all, nobody knows for sure. And we might never get there if the FDA has other thoughts. Fingers crossed though.

Well you really are asking me to nail my colours to the mast which of course then opens me to ridicule from the normal suspects if it doesn’t come to pass. Nevertheless I will press on.

I would expect a spike to around 10p but it will be temporary. We won’t get the phase III results probably until 2025 so any sustained rise in the short term depends on positive news from other parts of the portfolio including Lupuzor in other indications.

Thanks nobby. Yes, I meant TRIAL approval. I know you feel drug dosage means it's doomed. Follow up question: based on other companies' share prices where trial approval was granted, what sort of impact would you expect this to have on IMM's share price (if trial approved). And would you anticipate an initial spike, followed by some floating back down. Or is it more likely the share price would steadily gain over the weeks following any trial approval announcement? I should really have asked you all this before jumping in again yesterday, but still interested to know your thoughts.

I presume you mean grant approval of the trial going ahead. I would put that at 80:20

However the chance of the drug ever being approved for Lupus about 5:95….
