24/8/2021 15:29 | I agree 100% with sicilian_kan. Also, they might be buying just for the potential of short term gains. Unlike options which would have locked them in for a while, they can trade these shares any time (though they might be mindful of shareholders' reactions if they re-sold hastily). On the plus side, they probably wouldn't have bought if they felt IMM was on the brink of collapse or another fund raise. On the minus side, it doesn't necessarily mean they see a rosy long term future either. | lord loads of lolly
24/8/2021 14:18 | What you say is true of course but I'm not sure they would spend any money at all if they thought the company was going down the pan. | husbod
24/8/2021 12:08 | Whilst director buys are always a good thing, the amounts in this case are fairly paltry. Tim McCarthy is now CEO / Chairman. In the last annual report, the CEO received £320,302 in remuneration and the Chairman got £260,000. Now look at today's buys. Tim McCarthy spent just £20,650 purchasing shares. That is around 6.4% of this forthcoming year's salary, assuming he only gets the CEO salary. The size of the share purchase from him is therefore relatively paltry / negligible. He is not even using a significant amount (not even 10%) of what we / the company gives him. The CFO's purchase amounted to just £2,367.60, which is close to being embarrassingly low. Though I do credit the CFO for getting the best price of all the directors. If they come back and do this 2 or 3 more times, I would sit up and take notice, but at the moment, the share purchases indicate little more than an attempt to placate shareholders. | sicilian_kan
24/8/2021 12:03 | Could be a 3 bagger if the Phase 3 going ahead. | the stinger
24/8/2021 11:23 | Directors buys are normally a strong buy signal in my admittedly not overly successful investment strategy so should I average down.Tempting given the rather large losses I am currently enduring.Question is do they know something? | husbod
22/8/2021 18:56 | Ken I've not appreciated tyou comments ever but have to admit your closer to the truth than most.....I've lost a tidy sum on this little errrrr share | halfbutt
21/8/2021 13:51 | News soon! | the stinger

19/8/2021 09:41 | There are zero shares on the bid size this morning other than the MMs.... | nobbygnome
19/8/2021 09:34 | News soon! | the stinger
18/8/2021 16:12 | The price action this afternoon strongly suggests something is afoot over at SNG. I hope you don't wait too long Eva and miss out..... | nobbygnome
18/8/2021 15:23 | Where do I start with EVG!!! Amongst that list SNG is the quality company with the best product as you sort of allude to. I really wouldn't wait too long as news from Activ-2 is expected imminently and is likely to include an EUA application and a preorder! | nobbygnome
18/8/2021 14:11 | Interesting... I never paid that much attention before for EVG but interesting if Nobby also holding it.. He usually do his homework. Let me do first step I.e. going through all their RNS of last one year. Meanwhile if anything popped up please let me know. Really interested in diversifying now. Tired of IMM | eva_1989
18/8/2021 14:08 | The only pharma I'm in at the moment is EVG - it did drop heavily a few months ago due to a disappointing trial result, but it is very well resourced with cash being 90% of the current current market cap (raised at nearly 2x the current price). The new CEO has laid out a clear path for the near future with a lot of upside events along the way - have a watch of the most recent interview. Even Nobbygnome has some! Maybe you should re-evaluate it? | on target
18/8/2021 13:51 | On Target - I was and always dodgy. No doubt about it... But as you poked the point.. See charts of HEMO/TILS/EVG - all down like 50-75% from recent high. Our crystal balls guy Nolupus lost his shirt and pant on this shares and I would like to stay away from these 3. DNL - not interested. SNG - I will wait. Anything else ? Share some shares here love so that i can research and invest rather than keyboard warrior | eva_1989
18/8/2021 13:45 | Why are they all dodgy eva - is it because you lost money on them by any chance? Maybe it's you that's dodgy? | on target
18/8/2021 13:39 | Nobby, Forget IMM - Any other pharma share you recommend me ? No SNG or EVG or DNL or TILS or HEMO ( except SNG all dodgy ), so wondering if you've something you can tell me and I can research. And no NFX also please. Angle i missed | eva_1989
18/8/2021 12:51 | Wow, just about the weakest level 2 I have ever seen. There is just 409 shares on the bid side apart from the MMs but loads on the offer side. | nobbygnome
18/8/2021 11:11 | lord - I wanted to vent out my frustration and I did... All fine. | eva_1989
18/8/2021 09:37 | eva_1989 - the question I'm asking is why you bought so many IMM shares when you clearly have no faith in either Tim (CEO) or the Board. Makes no sense. But then you don't. I thought you originally said you were a cafe worker/owner or something. Goodness knows what you're selling to be able to spend over £200K on IMM shares. It sure ain't coffee. | lord loads of lolly |
