alright wff, good to see you over here, one of the most level headed posters on tern imo.

Got in here before Angus turned up, think he may be stalking me :) After the initial shock, think it might actually be a stroke of genius. I can't imagine he'd be left to steer the ship long term, but as a director he must have a wealth of knowledge on the new tech sectors from days at tern.

evenin Jamonit, they've just done a cost reduction programme that is saving 750k, do the math m8 :)

The Company confirms that on 4 June 2018 it secured new funding (the “Funding”;) to enable an alternative strategy to be implemented with a view to securing the Company’s long-term future. As part of the Funding, a cost reduction programme has been agreed, which is expected to reduce costs by more than £750,000 on an annualised basis, when complete. This compares with an adjusted loss after tax of approximately £550,000* incurred by the Company in the financial year ended 31 March 2017. Additionally, improved operational efficiencies are expected to enable the Company to better grow its revenues at marginal incremental cost. The directors note that the Company retains a roster of 38 customers, currently worth annualised revenues of approximately £2.8m. In the last financial year, the Company secured 13 new customers, seven of which are on annual or multi-year contracts consisting of both technology and consulting, adding to the Company’s base of recurring revenue. *Net of an exceptional foreign exchange loss of £0.23m

Well She isn't going to be in it to lose money that's for sure.
I use to freelance for a guy that bought failing businesses, often picked them up for the tax they owed, he turned everyone around in short time and sold them on at a substantial profit.
He didn't change much but got the basics right, he filled everyong with confidence, both staff and suppliers. Suppliers got paid promptly so they would actually go out of their way to help him, staff all had a clear idea of their purpose and they would go out of their way to.
The businesses ended up being well run, reliable and quailty service to customers and all down to good management on his part.
Not sure where AF would fit into something like that though.

If as we know VM is to take a controlling interest we have a winner. As for investment my guess would be £3-£5 million and what price would we expect as a result from a proven winner? 25p plus is just a guess but probably way on the low side. DYOR but this will only go north of todays price.

With her rep in the sector there is no way she will be declined. Companies would give their right arm to have her on board. Fincap sing her praises. Fincap are the current imtk Nomad. This is massive news.

I'm good at taking something that has sales of £2.5 million and making it a £500 million business,' she comments. 'I'm not good at going from a start-up to a few million pounds; that's not me, but I do have a huge amount of respect for those who can do the start-up phase.'hTTp://www.growthbusiness.co.uk/software-supremo-vin-murria-1292238/

Tidy -

she a very good addition i think we know that -

She will look for 4p for 27% - share will hold close to maximum in that case -

For takeovers i would of imagined a stake exceeding 30% so below 4p per share however i'm not sure whether that relates to the conflict of interest on being on both boards of IMTK and Finncap -
