CRND all time low 0.4p and then delisted in May...lost me thousands..nice one Simon..this is what you said about crnd in 2017

Simon Charles, non-executive chairman of Central Rand Gold, had the following to say in respect of the appointment, "We are extremely pleased to have Brandon Hill on board. The Company will be focusing its efforts on optimising both its operations and its capital base for the benefit of shareholders. The addition of Brandon Hill to the advisory team is a further step in the right direction for the Company, and as a result I hope to report positive progress in due course."

This applies to IMTK. buy and don't look back. Murria has completed over 40 acquisitions since her days at Kewill. She knows how to attack a niche market and squeeze it for sales by accumulating underexploited, complementary businesses. It's a formula for success that she's repeating at Advanced Computer Software, where in two years she has overseen five acquisitions, including COA Solutions for £100 million from Alchemy Partners, and opened offices in Asia and North America. In between all of this, she managed to negotiate a new £55 million financing facility with two banks. The AIM-listed company, which provides software and IT services to public, private and third sector organisations, has gone from zero to close to £100 million in the space of two years. 'I'm good at taking something that has sales of £2.5 million and making it a £500 million business,' she comments. 'I'm not good at going from a start-up to a few million pounds; that's not me, but I do have a huge amount of respect for those who can do the start-up phase.'

I would pay her to take shares for a controlling interest of this nature.

Tsmith m8, can I just ask, so what? Personally don't mind it being discounted for her to come on board.

I guess the company will make an announcement either tonight or 1st thing Monday.

Shares are probably responding to the Takeover Panel potentially agreeing to waive Vin's possible controlling equity investment. But hey... who knows?

Vin Murray Sold a £750M company on AIM netting £100M for herself and her family and was on the board when Zoopla was sold for £2.2Billion. That's right £2.2billion.

Looking at it roughly -

at 4p 500k = 12.5million / (33mill + 12.5) * 100 = 27% is roughly what it equates to -

For a waiver she would invest below 4p -

Zen -

Looking at the assumption that she could go over 29% of the equity -

Huge? -

Vin Murria is also in discussions to make a controlling equity investment (the "Equity Investment") at a price of between 2.5 pence and 5 pence per Ordinary Share in the Company conditional on the Takeover Panel waiving the obligation for her to make a general offer for the Company under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code.

Don’t think so, you need to look at the picture also without funding the company will struggle hence why share price here. Also, hugh investor with deep pocket wanting in which is hugh news in itself.
