Yes. Its what she brings with her and what she plans to do with imtk. Shes on record as stating she is good at taking a 2.5m cap company and making it a 500m company.

Its conditional as vin has 10pc of fincap who is imtk Nomad. Therefore as they are talking to new nomads it is anticipated vin will get what she wants controlling imtk and she can maintain her interest in Fincap. Look at the praise fincap gave her when she joined. True heavyweight in the sector.

For her reputation getting her on board free would multi bag the stock. She is putting 500k into imtk for her position for 27pc. She already holds 1.78pc

If Vin joined Tern it would multi bag now even with its 66m capThats the proposition we find with imtk with just 2.66m cap and only 33m shares in issue.

Please forgive my ignorance here but if she does make a deal and it's between 2.5p and 5p, where's the incentive to buy at the current price?

afternoon all, Jamonit personally think Angus was made a bit of a scapegoat over on Tern by a few - Ebomber blaming him for the CLN's when he'd long finished being a director and hadn't been chairman or CEO for a long while before.

Would not surprise me if he's kept on board, but if Vin gets controlling stake you'd imagine she'd be driving this.

Would also not surprise me if this starts taking an IOT route and start rivaling Tern - all imo, dyor etc etc. Still 90% of my pf is Tern, but as excited here as was at the start of Tern's journey.

The angle she is coming from would be imo if she did a full RTO it is time consuming so she has something she wants to implement pretty sharpish. Taking a controlling interest is hassle free and she can be appointed ceo it appoint a member of her team etc. With her calibre companies would take her on whatever her request just to get her on board. No brainer imo.

Angus will be side swiped on her control they needed somebody with tech experience in the interim with the old bod being shaken up. Then Vin made here announcement. True heavyweight in the sector. Well respected as No1 MBE Known as queen of Tech. She already holds 1.78pc of imtk. She also has 10pc of fincap so right now as she want control here imtk are in talks with new nomads who imo will be chomping at the bit to Nomad on a company vin is involved with. Check out the praise the current Nomad fincap gave her when she took 10pc of them I'll find the link. Angus will be side swiped but he is obviously in the know to step in here with her making her move.

Additionally I think a few stocks over a low volume cycle could be quite sensitive to movement for those traders out there -
