:), though by the sounds of it I think for some companies they don't do much beyond that.

One of the other videos on there shows part of the platform that does some sort of analytics on how staff on work forums interact so managers can quickly see the dynamics of the group and who is contributing, which looked interesting.

Software supremo: Vin Murria

I don't think Vin Murria wants a controlling interest here to take a passive interest.

She's got plans for this company and that's likely to involve either exploiting the existing blue-chip client list or bringing in a complimentary asset/business to develop.

When she officially arrives a lot of folk who have followed her previous companies will come here.

They will not be trader/flippers either and there is not much free float to go around.

She was referring to different classes of investments she has. They are start ups that she isnt leading on. The ones she leads on are a different matter. Established customer base with revenues she focusses on to take control. I'm good at taking something that has sales of £2.5 million and making it a £500 million business,' she comments. 'I'm not good at going from a start-up to a few million pounds; that's not me, but I do have a huge amount of respect for those who can do the start-up phase.'hTtp://www.growthbusiness.co.uk/software-supremo-vin-murria-1292238/

Yep think they talk about that kind of post it note approach in the webinar, and how, shock horror, it doesn't really cut the mustard these days.

Jamonit, I've seen it and she is talking about start ups there m8. She then says that why she likes business that are established, but not performing or something along those lines.

jamonit m8 yeah certainly no sure thing, and not got more in here than I would be happy to lose. I've got 1% in (but is profit rather than hard earned).

Justin on voxpodcasts put it nicely, something along the line of if you don't like risk don't touch it. Which I think would fit for pretty much any share out there.

check out the resources section on their website - the webinar about USING FRONT-LINE ENGAGEMENT TO DRIVE INNOVATION. hxxps://www.imaginatik.com/innovation-management-resources/

For me software alone isn't going to do it as I'm guessing you need the expertise to do the scence setting to start off with.

Possibly but she is one to invest in for sure. Especially when she pops up on a minnow like this that fits her criteria.

Jam how much DA have made to date, nothing just big losses funded by Tern placings! Find it amusing that when other people post the same questions in essence on Tern B.B. they are told they are a waste of time etc by Dave and the gang!Anyhow I bought in today because of VM after abit of research on my holiday in France and staying out the sun abit, might have bought in to early and this could retrace or increase over next couple of months but it’s not going bust!

He has gone and we now have this opportunity with the best in the business. He was running the company down and now we have the best in the business to not only put it back to where it was but to totally transform it to a new level not seen before. Aim presents opportunities but not often as good as this potential with the queen of Tech taking the lead. This will likely make the rise TERN had look like chicken feed imo

jamonit for me it's not what they've being doing, it's the direction of travel. Though I can see what you are saying.

For me one of the things the interests me is the platform. From their recent contract win RNS 'Cloud-based nature of our software means that it is deployable anywhere in the world' and from feb RNS 'the Board believes that the Company's share price does not reflect either the value of the highly scalable platform itself'.

If you research Vin you will see what she is about. Watch the video link and consider she is after control here. Forget Angus he has been brought in as they needed somebody immediately with tech experience. Vin has then made her move. Her successful track record transforms 2m companies into 500m companies. Imtk has the customer base which is something she looks for and she obviously has something planned to transform imtk. Research her and watch the interview she is a class act.

harhoo 8,386 postsFrom Ralph to Angus and VinOne of the big reasons this went to the dogs from a high of nearly 8000p and lost over 99.9 percent of its value from its high is beacause of poor management - but I think there's even more to it than that: Read the following from June on the strategic update: 'Chief Executive Officer, Ralph Welborn has left the Company with immediate effect without compensation.' He wasn't thanked - he wasn't compensated and he went straight away - mmmm - that excites me because perhaps the business can now get back to where it should be without someone like that running it.With Vin Murria joining us - we go from someone pulling the company down. the former ceo, to the best at pushing it up - that's a massive swing in the fortunes for the company.
