still 2 months to go till results. I am holding tight and will be adding on any dips. The share price is just taking a breather. I think it will be much higher than this come results.

Bought at £2.27p and sold some at £4.52p & some at £5.04P

and recently bought back in at £4.04 & £4.25p.

just lucky on that occasion - its not always like that I can assure you.

After a lot of research a reliable friend of mine gave me this tip for 2007 his last tip which he gave me just before christmas doubled in just two weeks- I just cannot ignore this one looking to buy more as it progresses.

Mapp exercises that many and retains them rather than flogging them - a bullish indicator I'd say - he must expect to be able to sell 1.5m higher up without trouble.

Director shareholding


Imagesound plc (AIM: ISD.L) today announces that further to the announcement on
15 May 2006, Mapp Developments Limited ("MDL") has exercised its option to
acquire the second 1.5 million tranche of Ordinary Shares of the 3 million
Ordinary Shares that were issued to the vendors of Ideal Music as deferred
consideration, at the exercise price of 10p per share.

MDL is a company wholly owned by Derek Mapp who is also a Director and Executive
Chairman of Imagesound plc. As a consequence of the purchase of these shares,
Mr. Mapp now has a beneficial interest in the Company of 11,005,114 shares,
which represents 17.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
