02/1/2007 13:53 | No problem. I think a lot missed the TMF post as it never had the stock highlighted in the title - reckon a few have to read that and buy yet. CR | cockneyrebel
02/1/2007 13:49 | Thanks yet again CR, your support of the original post on TMF got me to look and jump in here. | mikey_b
02/1/2007 13:38 | Well it was bound to fly sooner or later. The fwd PE is still around 7.7, the growth forecast is 120%. As the Land of Leather Sale ad says - "BEAT THAT!" cr | cockneyrebel
02/1/2007 13:35 | H- good to see a familiar face on here, I bought mid-Dec myself- didn't expect to see this price so soon though ;-) | novicedave
02/1/2007 13:33 | I bought before close before New Year. Good to be holding , one of a few new stocks for 2007. | hectorp
02/1/2007 13:22 | Greetings all, Just joined you in some ISD. My first trade of 2007. Should be a good one. | lord gnome
02/1/2007 13:13 | Immedia Broadcasting PLC is the UK's leading provider of live, tailored in-store media for a range of major companies and retailers such as HSBC, LloydsPharmacy and IKEA. The stations engage and educate staff and customers and have proved to be a powerful and instantly flexible media channel to drive sales. Immedia acquired The Cube Group of Companies ("Cube"), a leader in in-store television in May 2006, adding a visual channel and clients such as Toni & Guy, Burberry, Top Shop and Top Man to Immedia's offering. and valued at about 2.5m. | matt9991
02/1/2007 13:10 | Looking good. Patience is all that is required. :O) | liarspoker
02/1/2007 13:09 | Wow, looking good 2v2 on level II at 16.5/17.5 - nice. Just 1p from a breakout too. Reckon when these go throuigh 18p it's show time! - big runb up to the early March results. CR | cockneyrebel
02/1/2007 13:07 | I could also imagine some interesting developments and products if ISD were to work with VSH. They are using RFID technology to record and sell video content like YourDay to be launched at Alton Towers. Not suggesting they'll buy them. Just that the technologies could have potential to work together. | matt
02/1/2007 13:00 | I believe another competitor is Immedia (IME). | h101
02/1/2007 12:48 | I was wondering who ISD's potential acquisition targets may be. I think the recently secured debt facility gives an indication to the size of company ISD can acquire. ASG are clearly to big a fish for ISD to consider. Looking beyond them, most companies in the arena seem to be private companies. What about TSG? They provide mainly instore music. They seem to have a lot of high profile clients, including Vodafone, La Senza, Hugo Boss and Pizza hut. Another company could be TSC, they also privide mainly instore music, but also do provide visual solutions. Their head office is crawley, but they have a regional branch in chesterfield as well. | matt9991
02/1/2007 12:36 | I can't even get £1,000 worth of shares online with Selftrade now! | jgscott
02/1/2007 12:29 | hi guys, whats your views on this company moving over the next 12 months and where do you see them using the money raised, meaning what kind of acquisitions? | powwow
02/1/2007 12:25 | You must have some mighty fine other picks CR to leave this out of your stockchallenge 8-) | bigbigdave
02/1/2007 12:17 | Breaking out of that long flat run. Looks like that post on TMF has woken the bargain hunters. CR | cockneyrebel
02/1/2007 12:15 | Been a quiet few months, but looks like the action has started 8-) | bigbigdave
02/1/2007 11:52 | Yup, an excellent read, CR. Got me thinking too! | njp
02/1/2007 11:37 | Yep, a good write up on TMF - made me think again how cheap they are too. Just wait for the race to get in before the results I suspect - reckon the punters will be trying to beat each other into ISD at some point. CR | cockneyrebel
02/1/2007 11:31 | Thanks for the feedback. I've bought in this morning. | masurenguy
02/1/2007 11:05 | Just read this over on TMF too CR and it has reminded me just how cheap this stock is. As a result, I have topped up (yet again!) and ISD now constitutes approx 25% of my portfolio. Yikes! In my mind, the drop in share price over the last 2 months is simply just a result of short-termers selling out and chasing the next 'Jonny come lately' tech wonder stock. These eejits then buy back in when the share price has risen 25%! I'll quite happily buy this stock when these muppets are selling out t rock-bottom, January sales prices! | jgscott
02/1/2007 11:00 | Excellent summary here today: CR | cockneyrebel
01/1/2007 18:32 | looks like matt has answered your question Measureman. Footlocker are now a customer of Imagesound as you probably know. Look very interesting to me - fwd PE can only be 6.6 imo. Can you find a PE that low anywhere? I'm struggling, and definitely can't find the 120% growth these are forecast to be growing at on that PE. Get to the March results and investors will start looking at the 2008 forecasts. 3p+ has to be on the cards putting the fwd PE then on 5 or less I bet. CR | cockneyrebel
01/1/2007 17:33 | OK - Cheers Matt - the convertable loan and property sale and leaseback has eradicated 85% of the debt from September. Certainly a lot more interesting with much lower gearing. This is an interesting business. I had some involvement about 5 years ago with a German company called Community Media, who had pioneered a platform to deliver either pre-formatted or customised instore music videos with advertising, via satellite or broadband, to retail and leisure sectors under the e-max label. In fact Footlocker was their initial trial user in the UK. They were a bit ahead of their time but Imagesound could be in the right place at the right time to successfully exploit this application. | masurenguy
01/1/2007 17:14 | This extract from the interims also helped the debt situation. So 3.3m was old even at the time of the interims Group Financing Since the period end, we have entered into a conditional agreement with Chesterfield Estates Limited for the sale & leaseback of our 8,800 sq ft Chesterfield office. Under the terms of the agreement we have agreed to sell the building and freehold title for the site to Chesterfield for #1.6 million before expenses. #1.2m of the proceeds of the transaction will be used to pay down debt, with the remainder used for working capital. The book value of the property was #980,000 and the transaction will produce a profit of approximately #0.5 million. The company has also entered into a 10 year lease, at an initial rent of #114,500 per annum. | matt9991 |
