they are international in that they provide music to a lot of hotel chains, it's a huge market.

Operating margins were very small in H1 but that was a big increase over the operating losses made last year. I expect margins to rise substantially in H2 and further next year.

Barriers to entry are reasonable in that the business and the software they use isn't emulated that easy by anyone and as it's a niche player there's a certain first mover advantage. Also they are developing their own royalty free music to counter the changes in Public Lending right chanrges that are possibly set to rise. This will be advantageous to thewm where the raised price are prohibitive to some and these customers can take the royalty free stuff.

CR your pick looks interesting & dirt cheap

Do you know how big the potential market is? is it UK or world wide?

Are there any barriers to entry?

What sort of profit margin is there?

Thanks

well it goes up as fast when it goes - obviously some mellon head has a sell in the market. Director bought 150K @ 14.25p in Sep and FD has bought half a million up to 14p - they are not out to scalp a penny.

Adjusted eps in H1 was around 0.6p+, I had that calculated by the FD for me so they are well on course to beat estimates this year and 2.4p eps next year means the fwd PE is 6.25p for the year that starts in a fortnight's time, growth forecast at 100%.

That looks screaming cheap to me but I suppose some read the results and can't see the adjusted eps (it was left out, a sceptic might think that was to allow the FD to buy more shares) and so they don't get it. But the full year results will have the adjusted eps in there and that will make the market wake up.

Well FD was loading up heavily @ 14p, Faitbairn was buying @ 14.5p, can't imagine they are in there for a 1 to 1.5p scalp

Yes, haven't really had any news for nearly 3 months, so they should say something soon.

Risked a SB today. Offered 16.92p for June. Hope that's feasible to better

Trading statement very likely Liarspoke, look at CTG, up 'materially ahead' - I reckon that's the phrase we'll get here too.

FD has bought heavily - why?

Hmmm - I am very happy with my holding here but at this price it's pretty damn tempting to add imo. EPS of 2.4p - target price of +- 28p....I think I'm convincing myself here. Lol.

It's the bored. they look at other stuff moving and buy something that's risen 30%. Then they look back at what they left and see it rising and they sold lower.

at 1:30 I bought 10k for a lot less than quote. I would imagine the 50k triggered the drop. I have a lot more to spend on these if they drop further. love it. bored selling to chase the boat in sola and a few others today. let them chase. I shall be patient and for every 1p it drops I will buy as many as they let me have.

Strange drop today - seldom down by a whole 1p in 1 day since the company wasa refocused. Mostly sells according to III, but low volume. Not sure whether to add more now, or be greedy and wait to see if it falls any lower.

Any views?

That was moi. A teeny amount really, but very promising that it moved the offer. Couldn't get them online either - had to phone thru to the broker.

Any one else want to top up?
