01/1/2007 17:08 | Masurenguy - This should help ease your concerns. 5 October 2006 Imagesound plc Issue of new shares and convertible loan notes Imagesound plc (AIM: ISD), one of the UK's leading suppliers of in-store music, radio and TV services to the branded retail and leisure sectors, today announces that it has issued and allotted to Quester, one of its largest shareholders, 312,500 ordinary shares at 16p per share and fixed rate unsecured convertible loan notes with a nominal value of #1.45m. The Company has applied for the 312,500 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 9 October 2006. The convertible loan notes carry a 5% annual coupon which accrues from day to day and is payable twice annually. During the six year period following the date of the convertible loan notes, the notes may be converted at any time into ordinary shares of Imagesound plc at 16p per share. The proceeds of the refinancing will be used to repay existing debt and therefore as a consequence of this financing, Imagesound will have debt of approximately #500,000. | matt9991
01/1/2007 16:57 | CR - this company looks to have some excellent potential. However I'm a little concerned about the gearing with net debt of circa £3.3m reported in the Sept interims. That is quite high for a company with sales below £10m and the interest cost of circa £250K per annum is not insignificant either. It would seem that you don't consider this to be a major issue so I would be interested to know your view on this. | masurenguy

28/12/2006 22:43 | Took a maiden stake in this today, hoping it might bounce off the lower trend support. I believe downside risk should be minimised by the strength of fundamentals, however there is still a possibility of a slide back to 14p (previous price support and fib retracement) over the immediate short term....time will tell of ive caught it right. | maximoney1
27/12/2006 17:36 | Too true Hector. They say they've don the 1.1p eps they have forecast - the 2.4p for this year puts them on a PE of 6.6 and earnings growth of over 120%. If the magazines or press wake up to these for a New Year tip they'll really motor imo. CR | cockneyrebel
27/12/2006 15:32 | Well this is one of the possible doublers of 2007 all right. Its no won my close watch list. Edited - I bought in . | hectorp
22/12/2006 11:21 | Merry Christmas all ISD ers | cambium
20/12/2006 14:46 | Rarely post on these forums as still trying to get into this share trading stuff! Has the issue regarding the proposed PPL licence fee increases been resolved. If not is it the uncertainty over this matter that is holding back these shares. Struggling to work out why these are not significantly higher, esp. after reading the post of CR and Liarspoker, etc... | taffytaffy
19/12/2006 15:10 | Well I am content to hold. 2.4p for 2007. MS is performing well adding over 50% of zones since the interims. RBS would have done a thorough analysis before granting the debt facilities imo. P/E is only 6.5 - 7 going forward way to low for what's to come imo and this hasn't been tipped in the press yet. :O) | liarspoker
19/12/2006 10:37 | Yep, Music Styling looks a gem Liarspoker. I think these are going to get tipped after the trading statement and that will wake the punters. Mags like IC and Shares won't have been paying that close attention but they will highlight the in-line' notice today and then also highlight the 2.4p eps expectations for the year starting in a fortnight. There's the FD's buying of shares and Fairbairn too. All points to a very positive outlook imo. Trouble is most punters are looking for statements that say 'ahead'. That's fine when it's things trading on a fwd PE of 12 or whatever but here there is no growth being factored in - fwd PE 6.5 and earnings set to grow 100% this year. The have RBS willing to set them up borrowing facilities of £9m - that says two things imo, the bank is very comfortable with their debt and ability to repay it and also that any acquisitions are likely to be for cash and earnings enhancing rather than deeply share dilutive imo. Very pleased with the statement today - just waiting for the wider market to pick up on it from a mention or two here and there. CR | cockneyrebel
19/12/2006 09:15 | not sure, they have 32 going in the shelbourne hotel | matt9991
19/12/2006 08:58 | 2 v 1 Does anyone know what sort of income a 'zone' might generate ? | liarspoker
19/12/2006 08:34 | Too slow: Dublin & Dubai are new. At the interims MS was operating in 650 Zones in 180 Hotels. They are now operating in 1,000 Zones in over 210 hotels. 48 new zones are currently being installed. | liarspoker
19/12/2006 08:21 | I just read my notes on ISD and am in the process of taking notes from the T/S. Whilst reading my notes I didn't come across anything regarding Dublin or Dubai - are these new 'zones' ? Perhaps I just forgot to write them down from a previous RNS. TIA | liarspoker
19/12/2006 08:00 | Get to the results and everyone will be focussing on the current year forecast EPS of 2.4p That makesw the PE 6.5. Is there anything else trading on this low a PE? And 100% eps growth to boot. CR | cockneyrebel
19/12/2006 07:53 | Happy days. :O) | liarspoker |
