Trading for the year ended 30 April 2021 has been in line with management expectations. The Company expects to announce revenues of approximately GBP2.3m (2020: GBP2.8m), share based payment adjusted EBITDA loss of GBP2.3m (2020: GBP2.1m) and cash and cash equivalents at the period end were GBP9.8m (30 April 2019: GBP14.8m).So plenty of cash

QuantumScape has been hammered in the US and Solid Power valuation is lower than expected. Suspect US investors are selling out of IKA having made good profits. Will be interesting to see where the support levels are

Shares are going to drift down further without fresh news. QS bubble has burst and Solid Power valuation likely to see QS drop further. IKA is a still an excellent long term opportunity for me, so will look to accumulate at lower levels

Solid Power confirms SPAC deal valuing business at $1.2bn. Much more sensible valuation than QS. Be fascinating to get some analyst views on how Ilika tech and roadmap compares

Management caution is great but I think they are underplaying their hand a bit here. Trading update due soon.

Thanks for the info. With this now being the second such listing (which will no doubt garner a lot of attention), maybe it’s getting to the time where our guys need to engage in a bit of hype/promotion. On the basis that IKA is at a comparable stage of development/commercialisation as QS & SP, then we also need something to get people excited & talking. The Nasdaq question came up at the IKA Q&A. Cost & Goliath progress were put up as reasons for not doing this. I say to hell with it. Let’s show some ambition/confidence/belief & use the listing as the great promotional tool it can be instead of sitting on the side-lines like some poor relation to these other cos who seem to possess those 3 attributes.

Bemused as to the next move here. Seems to have support around these levels but while QS, Solid Power etc are announcing lots of developments IKA is all quiet especially re Goliath. Management rightly focused on Stereax scale up, but hopefully trading update due soon will reveal more plans

Haven't looked in here for a while - hadn't realised quite how many companies are now claiming to be able to make solid state batteries. Quick scan turns up Quantum Scape, Solid Power, Factorial, and now this lot. Most seem to have heavyweight backing too.

Ilika need to get a move on...
