Not really worth watching; more of a beginner’s guide & not factually correct in places. Just to note that more people are noticing & talking about the co. Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQqlryQVMUY&feature=youtu.be

Expect some more volatility as US retail investors decide whether to stick or move elsewhere. Remain convinced that Goliath grant is imminent which should provide a base

Perhaps this is being targeted by Reddit. Very volatile for no reason.

This will hopefully shake out the US day traders and allow longer term investors to build a stake below £2

Well I timed that pretty well, selling half and moved into GTC which is my next multi bagger after transformational rns. Could be a 100bagger as currently only valued at 12m

They don't "need" funding but the sheer sums others are throwing into SSBs mean they will be left behind. I'd rather they brought in a deep pocketed partner to capitalise on the R&D

I disagree. They don't need any more funding for at least a year.

Oops seems Sila Nano raised $590m at $3.3bn valuation. The numbers just dwarf IKA resources. Imminent UK grant will be a few million but if Goliath is genuinely world leading tech then IKA need a BYD, CATL or Samsung onboard soon

Another big raise today in US. Sila Nanotech raises $170m at $1bn valuation. Funds will help build 100GWh plant in US. IKA management need a mindset shift otherwise they will get left behind

As I understand it... Goliath is a silk screen process where thickish layers of liquid are painted on to a substrate. There are many advantages to this process as you can make thick layers by painting on and letting dry and also small and large sizes can easily be accommodated. Also, the substrate can be flexible making the end product somewhat bendy. The whole process can be automated up to large scale production with cheap equipment. The downside is that the process is not patentable apart from, maybe, the exact constituents of the layers of anode, electrolyte and cathode. Stereax, is partly done by vapour deposition. This is slower and only amenable to thin layers. It is limited to small sizes and batches and the equipment is expensive. The process itself is not patentable but certain aspects of the manufacturing systems might be.

Anyone more technical able to explain the different production processes for Stereax and Goliath? Been a bit of press etc about how ramping production is the hard but so keen to understand a bit more
