Usual deadpan statement from management. Expect will flush out sellers first thing. Analysts meeting this morning and investor meeting this afternoon may draw out more info. LT investment case remains

Customers are buying the batteries, not being given them.

But the scale up of production to 70xis still end 2021... I don't care what date they move into a building, just when product is ready to ship

General - Clear pathway to cash flow break even
Stereax - Demand outstripping supply. Manufacturing with new equipment to start second half of 2021.
Goliath relentless improvement in performance - plan their scale up. 5MWh per week by 2024.

Seems positive 😀

Although demand for Stereax is outstripping our current ability to supply from the pilot line, we are continuing to engage with customers to ensure we understand how demand can be extended, and ramped up further over the coming years. It has also been exciting to contribute to the relentless improvement in performance of our Goliath large format cells and to engage with the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre to plan their scale-up."

Only thing new I can see is they've found a property and are reviewing the lease document. On the upside, no timelines seem to have been pushed back.

I think that Toyota and Ilika parted company many years ago so would be surprised (but happy) if Toyota will still using and jointly patented technology... but you never know

Not posted on this thread before but have held for a while.
Does anyone think the Toyota battery news has any connection to Ilika?
Obviously have been working together and own joint patents.

So over to the management tomorrow- Stereax near term plans hopefully on track and order update ?Cautious optimism on Goliath & UKBIC. Traders may be disappointed so maybe a LT buying opportunity - can't put the Genie back in the bottle

RPC1 - I think you’re right. Some on here sold at 60, some at 80, Others (mentioning no names) at 1.20. Only those who held throughout enjoyed the full ride & probably made more (on paper) than those who jumped in & out, paying a higher price than what they sold for.

Personally whether someone holds/sells at/for any period doesn’t bother me. Slightly irritating is that a lot of these naysayers don’t know what they’re talking about. Either outright lying or maybe involved in too many companies that they can’t remember which one said what.

Anyway, we do enjoy the banter & what’s written on here will not affect IKA’s ability or inclination to deliver.

Whilst writing, a few points recently in the news: 1. QS subject to a class-action suit for allegedly overstating cell performance. 2. Phase 1 for UKBIC finished, massive building erected & key equipment installed with “customersR21; using facilities. IKA is phase 2.

For the naysayers on here look at ITM. I was a long term holder from 20p and sold out when the Directors cashed in some shares at c60p maybe 18 months ago. Wasn't fully convinced about Hydrogen and orders were slow to materialise. Today the shares hit 600p and mkt cap of £3.3 bn. Keep the faith in IKA
