Mixed bag?

2500 boepd is $45mill approx income, at average $50 per barrel.
with lift cost of $25 per barrel, makes $22.5mill

Less capex of $4mill.

Gives us $18.5mill profit.
Of course there will be other expenses - small debt to service, and PLC costs.

I think we are very undervalued, hence I am long from average 4.7p
with the free carries we should be valued much higher.

Id say we should be double the price, the shale is in for free on current valuation and we have all the free carries!!

Hopefully interest picks up

Should have read it better: offloaded 70% @ 5.5p and bought back @ 5.1p. Not to worry..got some 'free' shares in the process!
A doubler from these levels, IMMHO.

IGAS: I guess the seller is now finished with offloading...
Now the buyers are moving in... 350,000 at 4.72 and 300,000 at 4.73p...
But where are the AT trade? I guess they want to keep this low price to let in some big orders...

I presume that at least 2/3 millions shares were sold early this morning at around 4.5p. (4.7p at 10:07 am, spot on!)
Otherwise the share price wouldn't have collapsed by 9%.
This is what make me think that the seller is nearly done.

Ans last: RSI of 27.26. Yes, we are entering oversold territories too!


We may touch 4.50p or 4.20p but any of the above news will trigger the next rise. Also, shorts are quasi nonexistent...

Someone is definitely interested buying into IGAS.

Bid increased from 4.65p (as we've had no sellers) to 4.70p.
Then 100,000 sold at 4.71p. Humm, someone seems interested into buying within that price range.

Also, chart wise, it's a buy as from yesterday.
I have seen this sort of action many times...
Dropping the price to encourage buyers as the seller is nearly done.
The real spread is so tight too -- I am quoted 4.725p (to sell) against 4.75p (to buy) --

At home - same here, was able to buy well inside quoted offer this morning, got same as you at 4.72p. Interesting that shares available at this level today....

UK is importing 64% more gas today than few years ago.
Uk gas has been given a priority.

Gg.Don't forget Hurricane Energy over the next couple of years.Huge resource in local waters and of great importance to the UK economy.I expect full support from the OGA in helping to develop the fields.

Hi Itinvestor,

Yes Kerogan are very astute, and hve picked up a bargain at 4.5p.
Im long to from 4.6p average.

I was previously short from 16p and thought KKR would tke the lot and shaft the shareholders.

My investment case was to follow kerogan. Conventional assets are probably worth the market cap. Then shale exposure is in for free. Remember over $200mill free carry on drills. Any gd news will see this shoot up.

Igas and serica are the best investments in oil and gas currently.

I expect both to go up significantly.

Target price for igas is 10p, and for Serica 45p.
