Not much free float. This could really shoot up.
Starting to move already.

7p soon.

Great producing assets, $200mill free carry on drills.
Apart from Serica, id say this is an outstanding buy.

Im also in Serica sqz.
Great update today. Will be in the 35-45 range soon I expect.

Not a rec to buy it. Just to go and research.

Id be happy with a 5 bag!

Im looking for it to double in the next few months.
Market cap is less than what the free carrys on the drills are worth
The conventinal assets to add to that as well.

This is a no brainer. No wonder all the bondholders took equity.
8p by year end......

I have started to build a holding in Igas.No froth here I presume because many pi's unfortunately have had their fingers burnt.I followed Kerogen into Hur and initial holding is up 5 fold with much more to go.I expect this share to start to move in the second half of 2017.

AZZ HOLE news is trying to say that Shale will only be able to retrive a quarter 1/4
due to other infrastucture in the way!! LOL

But any way, you all do your own due diligence on a quarter of this - - - >

The British Geological Survey (BGS) in association with the OGA has completed an estimate for the resource (gas-in-place) of shale gas in part of central Britain in an area between Wrexham and Blackpool in the west, and Nottingham and Scarborough in the east. The estimate is in the form of a range to reflect geological uncertainty. The lower limit of the range is 822 tcf* and the upper limit is 2281 tcf, but the central estimate for the resource is 1329 tcf.

I make it in the region of 332 TCF (Average Mid) and we are now seeing far more advanced tech from further afield - the "SHALE industry" aint going to use anything but the LATEST! so !!!!!!

PS I went passed Cuadrilla site last week and the AZZ Holez that were there - Hmm aint worth worrying about - - JUST like most "Empty vessels - MAKE most noise"

Me Im Big in ALL the Shale entrepreneurs - And want this country to be ABLE to "STAND ALONE" - -

I think both kerogan and kkr will double their money.

One director put in £500k as well.

Kkr took stock rather than cash. That speaks volumes.

THIS says it ALL for me!

a total of 679,282,165 New Ordinary Shares will be issued to Kerogen Investor pursuant to the Subscription Agreement (including 40,030,273 New Ordinary Shares at nominal value pursuant to the top-up mechanism) raising £ 28.77 million for the Company and giving Kerogen Investor an interest in the Company of 28%

SO! they think its worth a 28.7 mill investment - so do MOST of us on here!

Hi SRich 8.

In the RNS it states debt will be $10 million.
The free carry is from previous farm outs.

So Igas dont need to stump up for any drilling costs.
These costs have been put at $230 mill in the accounts.

Igas also held $31.8 mill in cash at 31 December 2016.

This is a bargain price. I would like to buy more.

there will still be $30mn secured bonds on new terms tba tomorrow I think
but you must be right that more of the OP will filter south without the huge bond issues o/s
Can you just explain very briefly the free carry on the drilling campaign on the shale...

Agreed. Suspect those who hoped for non agreement have decided to sell. Super price for me and will continue to accumulate sub 5p. Been looking as to when Cuadrilla will have the results of the frack on the Fylde reckon on end of 3rd qtr this year.

The drop seems mad to me.

New total amount of shares....2.426billion.
Which at 4.5p gives mkt cap of £110mill.

The operating profits have been.
22mill, 14.9mill, last year 5.2mill.

So currently say conservative 10mill.

Pe ratio is just over 10. I have used operating profit rather than
Pre tax which included interest payments on all the bonds.

Then we have $200mill free carry drilling campaign in for nothing.

Seems cheap to me.

I am long holding 100k worth. Av 4.75p.
I was previously short.

And I am hoping share price makes it to 8 or 9p.

Screaming buy for me

I can't figure out why most investors in IGAS are apparently dumping the stock. I'm piling in at this price. They eventually have permission to proced with further drilling. Results should sky rocket the value of the licensed assets....
