Finally got a reply from alma pr:

The company will not be releasing a 9 month trading update going forwards. It will be reporting in line with other listed companies and provide trading updates following the conclusion of the HY and FY.

I emailed [e-mail] the contact for IR listed. No reply. When I got through on the phone no information. My only guess is they are waiting until the new banking facility is finalized before a TS.

I have been getting up at 7am for the last couple of weeks waiting on these and two other updates. All three normally update last week of January. If nothing tomorrow I will send an email to all three companies.

It's more down to frustration than lacking patience (I've been a holder since 1996).
It takes little time and effort to put out a trading update so why the delay, unless of course there is an agenda!
I too won't be adding anymore. GL

t2r Patience.
Fall has been on low volume.
Always felt the IGR share price was "managed" down and up.
May be an opportunity to top up ahead of results. Happy with my exposure and profits so not adding.

Fair play time 2 retire. FWIW, I sold half here after it more than doubled from my buy price at 164p - so will just forget the rest and see what happens. It's a tricky one; you can easily make a case for it being worth around £4, but then again, if trading isn't good, we could be back under a quid; all this cos of a very low PSR

The management here is totally inept, always have been!
The lack of trading update is bringing in the sellers.

30/11/2022 "The Board still does not expect to be in a position to pay a dividend in relation to FY2023".
Looking for progress on recovery and update on re-financing and growth strategy but not expecting this until Y/E

Need to reinstate the dividend, even if small. Changes sentiment.

EBITDA consensus forecast - £31m, £46m, £76m, ?
Dividend consensus forecast - 0p, 4p, 11p, ?

Still a way to go and it looks like some are taking profit but a strong recovery predicted so could well be worth hanging on for.

A year to the day since the TU that saw IGR share price fall 58% on the day.
Despite resent strength share price needs to rise 50% to get to that pre TU price.

I topped up but could not get my order fully filled at the quoted price so MMs were short of stock earlier - for a while at least. That 75k might have sorted it out if it's not a completed buy that was being worked.

Revenues will be down for FY23 but the last trading update said "the Board believes that the financial results for the full year to 31 March 2023 will be ahead of expectations, delivering a small full year adjusted profit before tax."
This is a business in recovery so progress ahead of expectation is another step in the right direction
