27/8/2013 17:51 | Has everyone got their divi on time? Barclays normally pay shareholders the day after they receive it, but they should have received it last Wednesday. | b1ggles
22/8/2013 09:48 | Still no news about the delayed contacts - until then i'm inclined to watch and wait. not very helpful i know. | jeanesy2
22/8/2013 09:21 | Having sold some last week, I'm seriously considering doing the same with those that remain (in my SIPP). However, I'd like to be persuaded that there is a chance of recovery; I'm currently almost 29% underwater with these...can anyone offer words of comfort?? | rathlindri
14/8/2013 16:33 | Another bad day here, tempted to cut and run. It seems a long time since the share price was up in the mid 50's....the market doesn't seem to like us much atm. Shareprice lower now than this time last year... | rathlindri
14/8/2013 10:58 | It does seem to have been amicable, he's staying on to help with the transition. The price drop seems to be overdone. | b1ggles
14/8/2013 10:43 | The CEO is rather dominant here and I fear some of the acquisition accounting may have been rather too aggressive. | boros10
14/8/2013 10:10 | he was probably bored - it is a tiddly business after all with an ex FD as CEO | phillis
14/8/2013 09:51 | Not ideal but it may be a case that he has found a better, more well paid job. | rp19
14/8/2013 09:47 | I don't see anything sinister. The explanation seems reasonable: "Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), William Edmondson, has today resigned from the Group to take up an appointment outside the quoted sector." Looks to me like he simply got a better offer. Added back a previously topsliced tranche of shares, as I think fears are overdone. Mark Twitter @marben100 | marben100
14/8/2013 09:46 | He is also well paid | fillipe
14/8/2013 09:32 | Looks like things do not appear as rosy as once appeared?.When the CFO resigned from a supposed to be excellent ground breaking company, he must ave seen something we obviously have not. | kendonagasaki
03/8/2013 21:19 | Some very large trades yesterday, one for 1.1 million, appears to be a sell. Not much movement in share price. | jeanesy2
02/8/2013 08:55 | Jeanesy 2 - Exactly as I see it. To meet full year expectations they will have to announce a couple of big contract wins within their Engineering Information Management (EIM) division. The interim results said they were forthcoming, none as yet. I have noted that there have been a number of public sector contract wins announced on their website. I'm watching carefully as this is my largest position in an admittedly very small portfolio. | rp19
02/8/2013 07:34 | Only when we here about the deals which are expected/were delayed. None so far, so not for me atmo. If these deals are not forthcoming then these have further to fall imo. The share price has been stuck in a very narrow range, and only when we get news will this change. | jeanesy2
01/8/2013 22:53 | IDOX plc - worth following the Chairman? | phoenix1234
30/7/2013 10:19 | why not check in the Report and Accounts simple really | phillis
22/7/2013 10:05 | "Martin Brooks...chairman... are the options exercisable at the market price at the time they were awarded..... or at 0p ? | smithie6
09/7/2013 22:30 | New contract with Swansea Council planning department: hxxp://www.idoxgroup | rp19
30/6/2013 21:36 | New five year deal local authority deal hxxp://www.idoxgroup | rp19
27/6/2013 12:41 | If they obtain these large contracts that they need to meet their EBITDA expectations there will most likely be a 'Contract Win' RNS. Like you say, if these are not signed/delayed they'll also need to update the market accordingly. | rp19
27/6/2013 11:46 | 're-energising' 're-invent' ?....lost me there ! ----- they seem to be stating that certain contracts will arrive in 2nd half ....but if they dont win them...or they get delayed further....or reduced in value...(noting that spending is tight and not about to change imo) ...it would trigger an RNS to announce reduction in currently expected EBITDA for the year...which wouldnt help the sp the graph shows what can happen to growth stocks priced for growth to continue, if report bad news....the share price falls over (been very common in IT sector recently....same has happened in last 2 years at SDL, KFX, KBC, !!!!!! and I'm sure some others) | smithie6
26/6/2013 20:19 | Smithy it will get worse.Reenergising is and has always been IDOX's Achilles heel.Don't dare mention reinvent.....they will simply implode! | quilarvium
25/6/2013 13:49 | Smithie, you answered your own question. | reidy125
25/6/2013 11:49 | just spent 10 seconds on results.... Is turnover and EBITDA really "down" !! How come EBITDA is down by such a large % ?!....its been making acquisitions so surely turnover and EBITDA should be up ? ---- adj EPS is 1p.....so doesnt look too wonderful at the moment... | smithie6
25/6/2013 10:29 | Having used EIM systems myself I think that there is excellent potential for Idox in this field. Completing these 'expected large deals' will be crucial if they are to meet their recently revised guidance of £18m EBITDA for the full year. Noticed a few recent public sector deals on their website. hxxp://www.idoxgroup | rp19 |
