We struggle to understand the high rating it commands given its relatively modest real returns to date and also struggle to understand what this business actually does - it's certainly hard to relate to regulatory and compliance software!.

Another excellent set of results - you wouldn't think we're in the middle of a pandemic! Astonishing really, sales and acquisitions apparently unaffected, no doubt a lot of hard work made this possible.

Really sorry to see David Hornsby step down - he's been exemplary in shareholder engagement, is such a nice guy with a great sense of humour. Ben is very impressive so no worries over the succession but hopefully it's not the last we see of David in the Investor community.

Just want to voice my support for ShareSoc and the highly valuable work the unpaid volunteers do on behalf of personal investors like us. This includes the many campaigns that they run seeking redress for shareholders against rapacious firms and lobbying Govt on our behalf to improve the rights of individual shareholders. This work will include persuading IDEA,for example, to provide access to placings - available through PrimaryBid this time - so big tick for IDEA as well.

The access to excellent Company presentations like the IDEA advertised above and educational seminars is great value for money, so join up.

IDEA HEADING MUCH higher. Great company with very Sticky Customers and a High Demand fir their Products and Services. Great Team...250 plus plus more to cone as news flow...

2019-20 Results - absolutely superb in the circumstances and presented with excellent clarity:

> 21% rev growth to £56.6m

> Operating margin of 32%

> Client retention rate of 95% (being maintained despite Covid-19)

> Strong cash generation - 90% of ebitda

> 76% is recurring revenue

> Transition to Saas pricing - progressing smoothly up 61% y-o-y to 39% of revenue.

> Three acquisitions integrated seamlessly

Outlook - Marketing Qualified Leads up 60% on 2019 with a current conversion rate of 50%.

A very high-quality firm with an excellent management team.

Yes, With many companies now re-opening software that helps with social distancing and endorsed by the WHO will be in great demand. As you said halfpenny Sales will rocket.

A fantastic move by IDEA. This gives them a World stage to launch their great products and services. Sales will rocket and so will the share price as its great value and steady...WELL DONE!!!
