I see the number of shares has already started to creep up. This number will only accelerate upwards as the share price gets lower. Anyway I'm sure the Mug PIs here will be happier buying millions of shares again at .0003p. rinse and repeat.

So the company has ripped up the 150% of the nominal value agreement it entered into with EHGOS.

RNS 22/12/2022 - "o the closing market price of the shares for each of the ten consecutive trading days falling immediately prior to the relevant closing date must be at least higher than 150% of the nominal value of Iconic's shares"

You've all had plenty of warning. Do not buy this stock. Anybody who bought or was holding after the suspension was lifted is already 95% down and its going down even further until suspended for the last and final time.

ISTR Iconic had some involvment, ownership of Joe?, in the past. If they have commissioned Joe for GSN why haven't Joe, or Iconic for that matter, put up a "Coming Soon" holding page?

I mean, like, if I want to point at a website I own I slap a page up at index.html and point the DNS at it. That's about five minutes of consultancy.

Oh... and anyway I thought Iconic had rebranded themselves as being the Gurus for this sort of thing. Why do they need Joe?
