Pwhite is an annoying so and so and will always post negatively no matter what board he is on but I am afraid certainly in the short to medium term he is right. The only reason ICON want to consolidate the shares is to dilute again.

It is therefore proposed that the 46,306,916,660 Existing Ordinary Shares of GBP0.00001 each are consolidated on a 10,000 for 1 basis, such that every 10,000 Existing Ordinary Shares are consolidated into 1 ordinary share of GBP0.1 in nominal value. It is intended that additional New Ordinary Shares will be allotted, following the AGM so that the total number of Existing Ordinary Shares is exactly divisible by 10,000 for the share consolidation. Assuming a share capital of 46,306,916,660 Existing Ordinary Shares immediately prior to the Record Date, following completion of the Share Consolidation, the Company will have 4,630,692 New Ordinary Shares in issue.

For my part this is not Prospectus. Its merely the year end results and a history of events to date. The company does not need a prospectus to consolidate the shares only shareholder approval at a GM. A company will only need a prospectus for two things a listing and an RTO.

If the company is to conduct an RTO it will still need another prospectus.

A REAL PROSPECTUS WOULD HAVE CONTAINED THE BUSINESS PLAN AND THE RTO.

The only reason why this prospectus is out is because it stated in the CVA it will publish a prospectus to issue more shares after the fourth tranche. It has already issued a fifth and six tranche without a prospectus.

Sorry this is just a rehearsal to dilute existing shareholders into oblivion.

Katsy - Yes PIs are buying on today's RNS unaware of the 10000 - 1 consolidation. So 1,000,000 shares become 100 shares.
