tburns - Its an unholy alliance between the company, those holding short positions and those who are willing to finance a placing contrary to the AGM vote. The only victims are PIs who bought on the Wyld/SpaceX news.

Furthermore if the nominal value is 10p where did you get your 15p from?

RNS 22/12/2022 - "the closing market price of the shares for each of the ten consecutive trading days falling immediately prior to the relevant closing date must be at least higher than 150% of the nominal value of Iconic's shares"

Before the consolidation they never allowed you to purchase below 0.0025p the cheapest you could get was 0.0029p when the spread was 0.0025p - 0.0030p. They hoped no one would notice and are now allowing you to buy stock under 0.0023p in old money. It does appear they've ripped up the old agreement and not told anyone.

10p here we come.

I may have got my maths wrong in an earlier post. After the consolidation the nominal value is 10p per share. Now according to the Conversion Loan agreement with EGHOS they are not permitted to issues shares below 150% of the nominal value. This means they are not allowed to issue shares below 25p. I am somewhat shocked to see the bid down to 20p. Have they ripped up the old agreement now they've issued a prospectus and will issues shares down to 10p?
