This is the problem with investing & the unaware investors. ---"So many people it seems are just unaware that the National Instrument 45-102 is a standard form of notification that would have to be filed if Cairn wished to sell i3 equity on the TSX, otherwise they would under Canadian ruling have to put together a prospectus first.---Same as people not fathoming inflation's impact on their money or the understanding that companies have to grow in our case production or shrink & die.We will stay here & accumulate the 1000s and 1000s in dividends once the special dividend is paid.Gl all

True, they've spent a lot of cash for little share price appreciation. However its led to a lot of production appreciation, with production at the start of the year at around 18.5k boepd now expected to exceed 24,000boepd before year end. A very good base to start getting 2023's NOI. We've yet to see just how much these wells have added to our 2P, but that's coming too. With payback in less than 1 year on most of I3E's wells that's $97m very well spent.

I3e presenting today at Mello theatre at 11am and 16:30 today.Don't listen to the derampersWe don't pay windfall tax here as we don't produce in the UK...24bpd at year end with 170-200m noi is a good solid business which also pays a near 8% divi at this price...GLA

Just in case the budget put taxes on energy companies today, although Rishi discounted the above idea many many many times.Some people may panic & sell here.This company is registered in the UK but has zero, zip, zilch, nada of its approaching 24K b/d of production in the UK.Jars & jars of Jam months in and months out i3e provide, an increase in production & mushrooming reserve.That BoD as you may call them smooth operator unlike many of the companies we are investing/invested in over the years.Good Morning all.Gl all

Watch out for the Rampers on here guys. They’re usually nervous investors who are trying to convince themselves that all is well but also pleading to others to buy, hold or do anything to support their nerves. Don’t get deceived by their cool demeanours. Behind Gooday’s posts is a nervous twitch…getting worse.

It will be interesting to see what the Capex and Divi budget for nextyear consists of. They've spent a fortune this year for little shareprice appreciation, but acceptable dividend returns. Given the update was ahead of Christmas lastyear, I hope they can deliver something similarly acceptable to shareholders this year. I think it will be decent mix to sustain the divi going forward - my only concern is if they go for a similar large Capex budget as this year or throw good money after bad at the NS (really hoping that is all but finished now). Note, they also have £25mln in LNs that need to be taken care of nextyear.
