I'd be grateful for some comments as well. Gossip says there's a cash flow problem, if they've purchased land instead of building more houses at falling prices, and can't sell the houses they have built, would a Chairman sell to realise cash to plough back into business - dunno, can't work it out.

Tried to buy some shares very hard to trade. They moved against me.

would have had poor results anyway, they have had trouble selling houses in Faversham, still can't sell them all

I have a strong suspicion that the switch to September was because the management knew that a lot of deals would not be done prior to the old year end and so they would have recorded fairly poor year end results.

TBH I cant make head nor tail of the interims - anyone want to help? Conspicious absence of any eps figures and comparitive figures. Whacking great interest charge as well?!

I see they've switched the year end to sp[etrmeber, September even, so these are interims for the last six months. Presumably this also slips our (normally very generous) annual divi by six months too.

Actually I'm happy to forget the past on PPH.
I bought at 15p, so starting afresh at 10p sounds good to me.

New dawn, clean slate, fresh beginnings, new leaf and all that.

I'm reasonably positive about this one nowadays, but lots of ifs and buts.

It was interesting check a few other sources to see how they handled it - Yahoo was fairly impressive.

I dont know why ADVFN cant keep the same data feed - all the old news and data for this stock are now unavailable. You can find the old bulletin boards by searching PPH (old epic) on the BB page.

The share price chart is now as useful as a chocolate teapot.
