21/11/2013 21:53 | Just picking up on cap's point about profit taking - there has hardly been any - I was expecting more. This is a very positive sign in my view. | ![]() eclair
21/11/2013 17:12 | I also agree Capricious. I think the crux going forward will be for HYR to develop and commercialise the target technology re industrial oils. That will be the real company maker in my view. I would like to think that I am in good company with HYR! | ![]() tongosti
21/11/2013 16:53 | Good post Tongosti, Personally I think we'll see the Edison targets get hit within two years. Additional upside being news about the US Carbon membership, something in Japan, and confirmation that a third US plant is viable. sp tends to get somewhat priced in between 6-12 month ahead, feel sure we'll see good movement if a contract gets signed in the UK, ground broken on US expansion. 3-5 years, sights on 30-50p. | ![]() capricious
21/11/2013 16:35 | Another thing I like about HYR is that it is completely under the radar at the moment. The board members here are few in number and have a longer term horizon which is exactly how one should be. Patience is rewarding. I do remember the very quiet summer 2012 days when QFI was trading under 5p a share. 18 months on, due to company progress and investor awareness the stock has been a 5 bagger since. Am sure that as long as HYR BoD drive us forward as promised the price will certainly catch up. I have always been happy to wait for a good story to unfold! | ![]() tongosti
21/11/2013 14:21 | With all those new shares, we didn't really see much profit taking. Not surprising given the ratio between basic/excess, long term holders confident of potential. | ![]() capricious
19/11/2013 19:15 | Your welcome geoffg It was wasn't it, we don't often get to see something like that. I consider myself a good judge of character, from his videos and when he made his first appearances, I liked him, seemed/seems a good bloke, I was very pleased when he joined, he hasn't disappointed. | ![]() capricious
19/11/2013 19:02 | From that video I can clear up something I posted before. I think I posted this website hxxp://americancarbo Being recognised as Carbon Neutral in the US, would for me, be more exciting then the UNFCCC side of things. hxxp://www.ieta.org/ I'm pretty sure the US Carbon Registry is the one in the first link, please correct me if that is not the case. | ![]() capricious
19/11/2013 18:52 | I'd not seen that so thank you Cap'. Very good indeed. | geoffg
19/11/2013 17:08 | No new bits but interesting none the less Ian presenting at a recent Investors Chronicle seminar - he's a good performer, they did well to attract him to the company | ![]() capricious
15/11/2013 15:18 | Looks like all the buys are showing up as sells today. Just bought some below mid price at 12.875. | ![]() obbig60

14/11/2013 13:17 | So the large deals have been announced, those nuggets were sitting in the Edison reports, I'm confident based on their drive, they must have an idea and are in talks with, potential known partners in Japan. They already have a lot on their plate, so I don't know how much more they can juggle, but as posted before, Edison mention possible upside with a non Kobe partner, with a 2014 timeframe*. Certainly if they wish to do something about the PCB legacy before the 2020 Olympics, the partner would need to start some years before. They also give an estimate to the size and utilisation 18m capacity and 85% from 2016 onwards. The figures for the deals announced so far have been accurate, so I'd imagine that partner(s) and actual location has been identified. Again I'm 'guessing' but it will probably use or expand existing infrastructure and follow their license path. Please don't take these things as a given, I'm making educated guesses from the material available... without anything extra we've got plenty of interesting things to keep track of | ![]() capricious

14/11/2013 10:51 | tongosti, at least there is a glimmer of hope then. Good luck and let us know if the miracle happens and you get your shares. | ![]() eclair
14/11/2013 09:40 | Several years ago, I moved my a/c from HSBC to Fastrade 'cos HSBC put their prices up. I expect that they are still more expensive than many other brokers. | ![]() david77
14/11/2013 09:37 | eclair and capricious - more funny stories from hsbc. they now say that my excess shares application has been approved but they are currently investigating why money was never debited in the first place and why only the basic entitlement no of shares has been credited into my account. total chaos there. Extremely disappointed with the offered service is probably the understatement of the century. anyways, won't bother you on this one any longer so let's hope the latest news helps being the catalyst which drives the share price northwards in the coming days and weeks. | ![]() tongosti
14/11/2013 09:27 | For those that haven't checked already www.sor.com.au/ www.sor.com.au/produ And it's partner www.jjrichards.com.a Haven't found the recovery rates or emission outputs, with the type and number of stages involved, it looks no where near as efficient as Hydrodec's tech. Win on both sides. | ![]() capricious
14/11/2013 09:16 | Yes indeed, the problem is also that the general level of competence at internet brokers, seems to be very poor. I guess it's a compromise between ease of use, and costs, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. | ![]() capricious
14/11/2013 09:07 | Would not suprise me if they, registrars, were using our cash to buy for themselves for the period they've our cash. Bring back the days of transaction plus 10 to pay your broker via the phone, this online trading isn't all that !! | ![]() dirty75
14/11/2013 09:06 | I was thinking tongasti, if 100% of the basic wasn't taken up, surely they can honour your excess with the slack? Sounds very fishy to me, I wonder if the shares had tanked, you would've got the excess... Didn't some HSBC affiliated group take part in the placing? | ![]() capricious |
