20/8/2018 08:52 | Blimey, the ignorance....how does an insti sell anything in such a tightly held share? Why does it take such a large stake if it knows it is tightly held? "clearly not happy" is hardly true given the small level it has sold!!! DYOR | qs99
20/8/2018 08:37 | Point 3%. Seems orchestrated to me. Hardly selling down. Result has taken 6% off the MC devaluing the other 26.8%. Bless! | leas1
20/8/2018 08:27 | May be this is a signal to express their dissatisfaction with the company! | a1samu
20/8/2018 08:16 | Not sure what the logic is in selling a tiny amount when holding so much size. Anybody with a ounce of common sense would know it will cause more damage to the share price as pi's bail than it's worth. If you are going to sell then sell millions not a tiny % of a large holding or sell nothing and try and cross a load with somebody else. | dave4545
20/8/2018 08:13 | They are clearly not happy with their holding and they wish they were out of it for they lost faith in the promises made by the company! No doubt Woody will be picking the shares up! | a1samu
20/8/2018 08:11 | Berny has played many mug punters here like fiddles who listened to him........lol... THIS ISNT GOOD!!!!!!!! SUB 20p COMING!!! | applegarthlse
20/8/2018 08:02 | I think fact they hold 27% still says it all. Be interesting to see who is picking them up the other side. If they tried to off load 5% or more then maybe this board should start worrying, but selling into a rising share price a small fraction of your holding is not bad practice or a "sell" signal is it really?" dyor | qs99
20/8/2018 07:52 | they sold them on Thursday The big drop on Friday could mean more were off-loaded the following day So much for shares being in 'sticky hands' as the l-s-e rampers like to say | mister md
20/8/2018 07:33 | Yep they sold all of 200,000 shares. Important thing is they still own nearly 27%. | bernymadoff
20/8/2018 07:09 | oh dear oh dear, even Invesco, the largest shareholder selling now ... no worries though, bernymadoff will snap them up 'on the cheap' | mister md
18/8/2018 13:44 | Slightly higher than the normal quota of idiots on this particular share it seems | discojames
18/8/2018 00:38 | Kind of predictable that the trolls come out on a red day. Still there must be something worth seeing here for them to show so much interest... | bernymadoff
17/8/2018 17:36 | Spurs777 is a RAMPING PIG CUN7 !!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A DOG OF A SHARE AND AGREE 50p COMING !!!!!!!!!! If this was so good after that flu v trial this should be over a quid now !!!!!!!!! ONLY MUGGY MUPPETS BOUGHT INTO THIS AFTER READING SPURS777 RAMPS ON LSE!!!!!!!!! YOUR A CUN7 PIG SPURS!!!!! UP YOURS | applegarthlse
17/8/2018 15:45 | Berny=spurs777 on l-s-e site and dodgy ramper not to be trusted. Has admitted being in a losing position there and may sell in September - so much for the 8 bagger, eh ? 7Aug '18 spurs777 ill keep hvo till end of September, if nothing come out ill move on if we get news all good... 30 Jul '18 spurs777 im also on a 100% loss on UKOG 30% loss on HVO but not worried one bit I believe in the stock and I know it will come good for sure, some on here soon as they loose a £1 they panic lol, in the wrong gameHVORE | mister md
17/8/2018 14:39 | Seems to be heading back to 50p. Even if it crashes to 10p the CFO can make a decent 100% gain on those 5p options though. Wonder who is dumping in the background? | mister md
17/8/2018 13:28 | With an average in the low 50s I have every confidence I will 8 bag here minimum | bernymadoff
17/8/2018 13:16 | Haven’t you lost enough on this share yet Bernie ? | mister md
17/8/2018 12:11 | If options are voided on a sale deal we will probably see more conversions in the coming days.Ir is a way of rewarding those who have helped it along the way. | arcadian
17/8/2018 10:42 | Well that was an interesting few minutes. Mms took it down on nothing to shake out a few more weak holders. Unfortunately most AIM traders are cannon fodder for the MMs who know that they are poorly researched and trade mainly on fear and hope. Managed to get another £8.5k sub 65p. Accumulating on the dips as and when I have funds because it's such a no brainer at these levels. | bernymadoff
17/8/2018 07:22 | Troll alert | bernymadoff
17/8/2018 01:10 | Chairman only bought token number of shares. Only Woodford buying (with other peoples money), rest was selling. CFO options price just 5p. I guess they know how very high risk this share still is unlike some here | mister md
16/8/2018 23:54 | Just occurred to me that the reason the directors were keen to get their options sorted and buy stock is because with today's announcement of the date for the interim results we have now entered a closed period in which they aren't allowed to buy. They could have waited until after the interims to buy but they didn't which leads me to the conclusion that they expect the NiH and/or other material news to land before then. Certainly ties in with what I'm hearing about results being announced in late Aug/early Sept. | bernymadoff
16/8/2018 20:51 | I think that the granting of options today and recently at this time is very propitious. | arcadian
16/8/2018 17:02 | Bill re your comment on GSK being a possibility. I did some research a few months ago on the BoD's and the SEEK group. Gregory Stoloff is CEO of SEEK who is instrumental in brokering deals within the Pharmaceutical Industry. He was a former Investment Banker with much success including Deutsche Bank. Came across this when I was having a nosey into his background... Gregory A Stoloff is CEO of SEEK. He founded the company – formerly known as PepTcell – in 2004 after a distinguished career in investment banking spanning 20 years, working in a broad range of institutions including Deutsche Bank and UBS. He initially concentrated on corporate finance and was involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions and structured finance with an emphasis on the healthcare industry, including mergers by GlaxoSmithKline.' If ever you needed a guy to broker any deal, then he's your man. | leas1
16/8/2018 16:19 | Bill, that is how I see things. Must be frustrating as hell if there are any day traders holding this. Buyers have already taken a position. Woodford has played a blinder imo increasing his holding into a falling share price for his last 3%. The golden egg here is the potential Royalties. Industry average is about 15%. If FLU-5 does become a commercial blockbuster drug then the potential is huge. We are still at a MC of 53m, crazy. | leas1 |
