13/11/2024 15:05 | That's a good article yump..we're not mentioned but Hvivo is still tiny compared to the behemoths. Hvivo is a ready made, cash rich, profitable company so they are a buyout target. Currently I need to see more from Mo though. | chica1

13/11/2024 15:01 | If you had half a brain you'd be trading this instead of sitting on your hands watching paper gains disappear every other week. Looks like you either lack intelligence or have been brainwashed. Lack of intelligence is my guess. | malcolmz1

12/11/2024 21:32 | You have to wonder why the gang are desperate to hide the red flags. As per my assertion, the company will be talked up the nearer we get to the CEO's huge >7 m options and year end. CEO's huge 7m options start to exercise in just 3 months now... I believe the chairman knows the company more than any PI or II and he dumped his entire holding just 4 working days after the July update. No 2025 revenue forecast. Where's the £40m contracts they said they were close to signing, 4 months ago!!! Facts sikhthetech16 Oct '24 - 20:03 - 8325 of 8440 Edit Facts The chairman dumped his entire holding in 2 tranches, 28p/29p. 1st in Feb he sold the majority of his holding then the entire remaining holding in July, just 4 working days after the supposedly good TU. The CEO awarded huge >7m options last year, back dated a year and start to exercise in just 4 months, so company will be talked up. The revenue growth rate has slowed significantly. Read the company's own fy figures. etc etc sikhthetech - 19 Sep 2024 - 15:09:50 - 8098 of 8261 hVIVO plc - HVO If the chairman sold some in Feb, as the original placing suggested, I'd say it was ok as he was locking in some profits. However, selling out majority whilst the company was being talked up, I think is a red flag. I warned at the time that the company was being talked up so they could sell. Selling out the remaining in July just 4 working days after the TU/Investor presentation when the company was again being talked up, I think is a huge red flag. Then this article where the chairman seems to suggest "I'm alright Jack" doesn't support current PIs or IIs. www.businesspost.ie/ I don't think it's a coincidence the CEO's options are due to start exercising in just over 4 months time. Obviously he would like his options and needs the share price to stay higher for the next 4 months. The original placing said around 25% would be sold, which would have been ok. But a day later the chairman dumped majority of his holding, which I see as a red flag. Where's all these £40m contracts they talked about? | sikhthetech
12/11/2024 16:29 | Funny how many assumptions people make about other shareholdings. Whereas everyone can see exactly what someone is like when they post when things are good and stop when they’re bad. Good luck to everyone and me. Lets hope for some contracts to beef up what looks like a risk to forthcoming revenue. You can say “I told you it was great and nothing to bother about” in retrospect, but I hope it doesn’t turn out that way. Sorry if I confuse people and you can’t work out which camp to put me in. All hail the mightly Mo ! | yump

12/11/2024 15:55 | Yump, I guess some of us are just lucky. Shame all your shares crash - you're just very unlucky mate. Anyhow, keep randomly putting your money in random shares and hope for better luck next time. I'm sure Greg Jackson will be lucky here too. I also hope he hasn't had any of his minions do any of that silly analysis thing (that seems to be your opinion) Luck is certainly a part of it, but so is taking a sensible view and putting the odds of getting lucky more in your favour. Anyhow, a question to any serious investors (that's not you yump). Why is Greg Jackson taking a stake? It's hardly compatible with electricity supply is it! | pierre oreilly

12/11/2024 15:08 | Pierre, "Another million for Octopus. " How does that million compare to the >7m options held by the CEO, which were backdated and due to start to exercise in just 3 months!!! Or the 45m dumped by the Chairman just 4 months ago, 4 working days after the July TU. I said these will be talked up as we get nearer to the options exercise date and they are. Like Blnx all over again, isn't it? That crashed 80%. Renamed a couple of times and were ramped/dumped again. After crashing the posters disappeared. As long as the share price doesn't crash, the CEO will be happy to get his options. The fy results will be announced after the options start to exercise anyway. The chairman's already happy. He's cashed in his entire holding. | sikhthetech

12/11/2024 14:02 | Some on here got lucky because they had a punt at 5p, sang the praises of CF and now present the good result as some sort of retrospectove proof that it was a great investment. Again and again. Anyone can pick their successful shsres and do that and can also never come back if it goes bad, if they were ramping it early on. I seem to remember someone went extremely quiet when this tanked off the 40p area amd then reappeared when it recovered. I suppose if you lack any integrity that seems fine Some have banged on over and over again about institutions buying. Yet everyone knows that they are also blamed for overhangs when they sell. Better hope that when they stop buying here, someone takes their place. If I didn’t have shares, I’d be hoping that contracts don’t appear quickly and next year has a revenue drop resulting in pain for the few arrogant investors here. (And if you don’t look for “clouds” with shares and pretend history didn’t happen, you’ll come a cropper and it will serve you right) | yump |
