12/11/2024 11:19 | Yump's been around since the 5p days, offering his reverse logic to protect those less informed than him from making 6x their investment. | pierre oreilly
12/11/2024 10:56 | In the world of yump, does every silver lining have a cloud? ;-) | lfdkmp
12/11/2024 09:39 | Its true. All ii’s buying any shares are making a wise move if you hold the shares. Until they sell and create an overhang. | yump
12/11/2024 09:26 | Another million for Octopus. Wise move Greg. | pierre oreilly
10/11/2024 19:34 | Bossy, The Chairman, CF, didn't just sell some... He sold the majority in Feb, whilst the company was being talked up. He then sold his entire remaining holding in July just 4 working days after the supposedly 'positive' TU - 4 months ago!! Since then, where's the significant contract news. I believe the chairman knows more about the company than any PI/II. Then when you look at the figures, they also show revenue significantly slowing down. Cash: They don't pay a normal dividend. The new facility was largely paid for by client. The company needs cash to pay it's costs, like admin, project costs etc. No contracts....Hence why I believe they haven't paid a normal dividend and the new facility was largely paid for by clients. They needed that cash for lean period, like now to pay for projects. The revenue figures for last few years are there for all to see. sikhthetech - 10 Mar 2024 - 19:46:50 - 6966 of 8030 hVIVO plc - HVO Read the company newsflow. <...> Growth slow significantly Fy2022: £48.5m (+30%) Fy2023: £56m (+15.5%) Fy2024: £62m(+10.7%) "Full year revenue of £56.0 million, an increase of 15.5% (2022: £48.5 million) Revenue guidance of £62 million for 2024" | sikhthetech
10/11/2024 18:50 | But obviously I take your point about CF selling , that goes without saying .Perhaps he noticed a change in the flow of contract wins too , which just so happened to coincide with new institutions looking at the great numbers and Mo 's continuous under promising and over delivering on all key performance indicators .That presented an exit route which he chose to take . | bossyboss
10/11/2024 18:38 | Silk, I'm not concerned about Mo's options .If he reaffirms 2025 guidance in Jan then he can exercise shortly afterwards and good luck to him he has done a great job . If however the contracts haven't been signed then need I say more ! Time will tell .. | bossyboss
10/11/2024 15:51 | 1gw "I was very pleased to see Octopus buying again after the budget and am still relieved to see the share price holding up as well as it has despite the continued lack of RNS on new major contract wins." Amazing how TLY has announced several contract wins/extensions and yet you on them you continue to post misleading info, twisted to suit your agenda. £85m revenue forcast c40% held by IIs Chairman and CFO buying. Mcap £19m Bossy have a look at 1gw's reactions to a good TU at TLY, lots of contract wins/extensions. He and his mates twist info to suit his agenda. Given you portray yourself as a well researched poster, why do virtually all your shares crash, why do virtually all your suggestions/stories turn out to be BS. How many multiple ids do you have and why? | sikhthetech
10/11/2024 15:41 | Bossy, "The reason new institutions are buying is because they trust Mo when he says he's got 40m of new contracts to sign and everything is rosy in the garden The reason old institutions and others are selling is because they have been in a long time and noticed a change in the pattern of new contract wins" Absolutely. Plus the current/previous holders know the chairman dumped his entire holding, the CEO has huge options, awarded and back dated a year, start to exercise in just 3 months. Read 1gw/LFD posts. They mention the buying and are starting to raise questions, in hindsight, re lack of contracts. No mention of the chairman dumping the entire holding or the CEO options starting to exercise in just 3 months. 1gw and his mates have a long history of pulling the wool over reader's eyes. Chica is gullible.... Have a look at Byot, down 99.9%, rthm down 80%, trmr down 80%, Stu bust, Inse down 60% etc etc. Very odd that someone who portrays themselves as a well researched poster has virtually all his shares crash on warnings which were posted by me or other posters and virtually all his stories turn out to be BS. | sikhthetech
10/11/2024 12:47 | You may well be right who knows ? But as I say it's become too risky for me. However , in the event that 2025 forecast revenues are lowered , and the share price materially drops then I will be buying back in as I believe they would become an immediate takeover target.. Interesting two months coming up.. | bossyboss
10/11/2024 08:22 | The HVO team still doing the PR rounds: One day, perhaps even this coming week, we will be able to read another contract RNS. Taking time, but sure to come with patience. | lauders
08/11/2024 18:07 | Agreed ..it's not easy for him because it's difficult, if not impossible for him to predict the speed at which pharmaceutical companies want to proceed with new challenge studies. As a public company continuous growth is expected by investors but that's not always achievable when you have relatively few customers who have there own agenda . | bossyboss
08/11/2024 17:39 | I don't remember 3 large contracts (2 was always the number imho)being mentioned but if 2025 numbers are down Mo will lose his credibility and it will take alot to regain it. | chica1
08/11/2024 16:58 | The reason new institutions are buying is because they trust Mo when he says he's got 40m of new contracts to sign and everything is rosy in the garden . The reason old institutions and others are selling is because they have been in a long time and noticed a change in the pattern of new contract wins . He did say he had 3x large contracts in final stages of signing last July .. They sadly haven't materialised . He then said in September that he had 40 m of new contracts to sign in the following months . I think there is a risk they have not been signed and delayed yet further . If this is the case 2025 revenues will be well down . We will see in Jan .. some might hope they have been signed and not announced .. I think that is possible but not probable . | bossyboss
08/11/2024 08:40 | chica1 - I agree there must have been a lot of selling, but thankfully there's been a lot of buying as well. I was very pleased to see Octopus buying again after the budget and am still relieved to see the share price holding up as well as it has despite the continued lack of RNS on new major contract wins. | 1gw
07/11/2024 13:57 | Who told you that? | yump
07/11/2024 13:52 | Relentless selling since Friel sold his original trench in February.. Sure hope Octopus keeps supporting it. | chica1
06/11/2024 09:37 | The share price is held back by the Instis still buying and as yesterday, someone selling in the Auctions. This will continue until the buyers have enough and the sellers dry up, then the share price will move more freely. | troutisout
06/11/2024 07:17 | More buying from Octopus, yet we haven't broken 30p yet. It will come. Taking longer than I envisaged, as are the contract announcements. Perhaps they will all come at one time. Will it be this year or next though? | lauders
