I don't know but is this entirely consistent and clear for shareholders?Dec 18th 2020It should be noted that there is a risk of dilution to existing shareholders from a possible restructuring and/or partial equitisation of the convertible bonds. Furthermore, if no agreement can be reached with the Company's stakeholders on additional investment, further development activity at Lancaster might not be possible. The field may then be decommissioned, with potentially limited or no value returned to shareholders. Over the last six months, the Fund has experienced a dramatic deterioration in the way that Hurricane is engaging with the Fund. This is consistent with what the Fund considers to be inadequate, confusing and poor messaging to market participants.

So what does inadequate, confusing and poor messaging? I can only assume this means not spelling out the potential upside (as envisaged by CA)?

Kerogen had board representation until Sept last year so should be clean to vote as they wish , I think they have reduced their holding but if they are equity holders only ( not sure) then I would imagine they would want to support protecting shareholder interests and exploring all opportunities to create value.
