Is the key word "propose to abandon" and that decision by OGA has not been received either way?

If OAG has made the decision then Hurricane would have to release the RNS.

Abandoned Wellhead – Lincoln 205/26b-14
Petrofac Facilities Management Ltd (PFML) propose to abandon the Lincoln 205/26b-14 well, located west of Shetland.
The well will be abandoned using the Transocean PBLJ, an anchored semi-submersible mobile drilling rig. It is proposed that well operations will begin around 5th March 2020 and take around 30 days.

I am in daily contact with several agents and factories in Guangdong province and hubei (Wuhan is capital of here) province. While a few factories I know have started back to work this week, the majority remain closed until next week. The feeling is the government will relax the current iron fist rule and allow factories to start production and exporting. This must be hurting them finanacially and physically, China lives on image, difficult to believe I know, but pride and self value is hugely important.

Yes agreed M5 some of these derampers love to just shout out random lows 10p coming, 14p coming....it could easily be the opposite the the share price could and should move higher. Without any information or facts on the company

Have to say, whilst disappointed, the way that the sell side have gained back control today is a master class of market dealings.

Whilst I know you cannot take any individual transaction at face value, (ADVFN and other sites will allocate to "buy" or "sell" depending on whether the transaction takes place above or below mid point between bid and offer), but as a rough indicator there have been approx. 2:1 buys to sells.

However, it is the timing of the sells that is so remarkable; initially to grab control back around 17.4p and then in short AT bursts, coupled with an occasional chunky (in excess of 100k) O trade.

Walked back down.

Gutted the Pyongyang Marathon has been cancelled...was so looking forward to that great event. Kim J, all 25 stones of him, was set to break the world record and was aiming for 1hr and 40mins. He does think he.s a god. Trump was gonna do it in 1hr 30m cos he.s that kinda guy and has similar delusions to Rocketman. Ligh relief ...sorry off topic.
